Went through the drive thru yesterday, May 25th and waited almost 45 minutes to be answered at the drive thru. Finally, someone answered and I ordered a rice bowl with teriyaki chicken just to get slimy chicken that looked raw and uncooked. The smell was horrendous. I know what spoiled chicken smells like. By the time we got home and opened it the store was closed. We weren’t given a receipt so we were greeted by the manager who was very rude and seemed to not believe us when we told them and was very hesitant on giving a refund. I could have been rushed to the hospital if i ate that chicken that was obviously spoiled, but she GUARANTEED for a FACT that they never sold us old chicken while throwing their 100 score health inspection grade in our face. Please do not eat here.

Way too heavy on the cabbage for the chow mein noodles. Good lord! It should be called the Cabbage Bowl with your choice of toppings!! Now I did eat a good bit of the cabbage. But it was just too much.

I found a piece of wood in my orange chicken. It was breaded and dipped in orange sauce I didn’t even realize what it was until I took a bite and as I was chewing I realize that it was too hard. I took it out of my mouth and realize it was a piece of wood.

It was busy in the drive through when I went. So I went inside to order take out. It’s much easier for me to do this so i can see the food better.

This location is a complete hot mess. It Sunday they open at 11am it’s about 2:15pm how is it that the trash cans are full tables and doors are dirty and half of the food was not available. The kitchen area and prep station was completely messy and old chicken still sitting on the cutting board area. The some of the workers were standing around having personal conversation and on there cell phone. One young lady was running the defy and serving food when the rest of the crew was standing around taking and texting on their phones. She heard me say the trash was full & went immediately to take care of it. I asked her are you the only one working today the poor girls facial expressions explain it all. She advised they don’t have a manager on staff today. I responded with now I see why this place is a mess. One staff member Jayleen was so rude and childish though it would be ok to talk badly about a customer wail they are still standing wait for they food. My spouse was that customer. This location needs beet management and staff. The cook was on his cell most of the time and half the food was out. Mind blowing how this new generation of kids want a dam job but don’t want to work.

I love P.E. , but this experience today was the worst. They didn’t have enough items, putting another type of meat under the ordered meat, making the illusion that they filled the plate. Who the heck does that. They couldn’t do that with my daughters plate because then I was watching. But I messed that plate because I was trying to get sweet tea, which of course they were out of that as well.

Went on Saturday, April 15th @ around 3:15. The worst experience ever. I understand you have to wait on food but tell the customer what is going on. We didn’t get a receipt and I asked for a receipt and there was a Asian young lady that was was working and pulled the receipt from beside the machine and said that the receipt came out blank. I kindly said that I needed one and to ask the supervisor for help. We watched her give about five or six people blank receipts. When Robert the manager that shift came over, he reveled to her tht the paper was put in wrong and turned the paper over correct for her. I then saw the sign that if you don’t get a receipt you get a free meal. I didn’t want another meal from this Panda Express ever. All I wanted was a RECEIPT!

We’ve tried getting takeout here multiple times. The food is horrible. Chow mein was mushy and there is hardly anything in the fried rice other than just rice. This is disappointing because Panda Express at other locations was one of our go-tos for family dinners when we were short on time. We won’t be getting food at this location again.

My wife and I have been coming to this location in Hiram for years. Food is usually fresh and very flavorful. Came here solo today as i was craving some Panda express. I usually only get the Kung Pao chicken as it’s a never fail all around good meal. Today I had the Kung Pao and also the Beijing beef, which I have had a few times. The kung pao was good as usual, but the Beijing beef was a lot more dry, almost like the meat was overcooked, or maybe it sat under the heat lamp too long.

I wish I can give 0 stars. They made me wait for 40 mins on my order (which I never received). Once I went in to the store to ask about the delay, I had to wait an additional 20 mins for the employee to get back to me. The order was not ready and when I asked for my money back they informed me that they are unable to do a refund. The manger was not available. It is unacceptable! I would not recommend this location to anyone.
