First time I have gone through the drive through and it was rough! Then I get home and find out one of the orders was completely wrong. Just park after you get your food and make sure it’s right. Food usually pretty good and right when I go inside though. The order was supposed to be a plate of Beijing beef and sesame steak and shrimp with chow mein.

Always a great experience at this panda for me, the associates are always very friendly and kind. I wish the quality of the fried rice was just a bit higher as it is sometimes inconsistent. Sometimes it’s fresh and delicious, and other times it’s kind of hard and not so great. Other than that this panda is a great place to stop and eat

Ordered food online to pick up in store only to be faced with a rude employee. When we got home and opened our food. It was hard and looked like the food was sitting for a while before it was plated. The same employee who claimed she was the manager tried to tell us she could only remake the entrees and that it would be 15-35 minutes on fresh food because it was close to closing. This was at 9pm, last time I checked the Loganville location doesn’t close until 10:30pm. This will be the last time I spend money here!

I feel like…this is an “enough said” moment. If the vegetables are cut in house…there’s no way you couldn’t have seen this if you’re properly washing the vegetables. The pepper itself was discolored at this opening – which is why I even noticed it in the first place. The mealworm chewed through to the surface…

I have been coming here for years. It’s hit or miss. Generally miss! With missing items, inaccurate items or unfriendly service I have had it. Tonight was the nail in a coffin. I ordered chicken and string beans and I basically received string beans.
When I went inside to express my dissatisfaction the associate tried to tell me this was a normal portion. I will let you be the judge with the picture. And I still had more string beans in the box that’s not shown.
I just politely left the food on the counter and will never return to this location.

I ordered the sizzling shrimp sir fry and it was HORRIBLE. HUGE STALKS INSTEAD OF BROCOLLINI TOPS. NO FLAVOR…NO SPICE. CHICKEN TERIYAKI WAS BURNT AND THE PORTION WAS SUPER SMALL. STAY AWAY!!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL. No soy sauce was put in the bag. WTH!!! WHERES THE SOY SAUCEEEEE!!!!!

If I can give a zero star I would. The rice smells bad and is spoiled. I can’t believe they would serve me this spoiled, mushy rice. I know if a rice is bad because I always eat rice and I grew up on a rice field and I know what’s fresh and spoiled rice is. I’m not gonna go back for a second time to have them fix it as I already went back for them to correct the order as they originally messed it up. Also the receipt did not show what i ordered or did it show what was messed up. I could have paid for someone else’s. Not an experience i wanted today.
