Gross… gross.. gross. The last time I had Panda Express was before Covid and it was ok. It was hot and fresh. Went here on my lunch break today and it was PACKED. Had me thinking it was really good, but it’s super gross. I got orange “chicken” and there’s no way this is chicken. The breading is soggy. The vegetables tastes like the smell of the store (or factory). I just wasted $13. I absolutely had to throw it in the trash. I can’t believe so many people were eating there.

I always love Panda express. My husband and myself always get big plate in which we get 3 entrees and 1side (which we take half noodles and half fried rice). We love it. I love Orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken. My kid loves the Honey walnut shrimp. Their spring rolls are very fresh. We never had any problem. Service is nice. Ambience is ok. Price is reasonable. Huge parking.

I’ve never had Chow Mein before, so I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be. But it seems to me that the noodles could have cooked a little longer and not been so chewy. The Orange Chicken wasn’t very orange, the teriyaki chicken wasn’t very teriyaki. And the hot mustard package wasn’t hot. Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

I recently ordered a family meal from Panda Express at the Suwanee location, and I have to say, my experience left much to be desired. We were excited to enjoy a feast that included a large fried rice, a large lo mein, a large walnut honey shrimp, a large Kung Pao chicken, a large spicy dumplings, and an additional large order of chicken with mushrooms.
While I can’t deny that everything was flavorful and well-prepared, I was extremely disappointed with the portion sizes. The walnut honey shrimp and spicy dumplings were nearly empty, with the containers not even filled to 50%. For a family meal, I expected more food—especially considering the price. It was disheartening to see so many of the containers lacking in quantity, as it simply wasn’t enough to feed our family adequately.
I’ve attached pictures to illustrate the issue, as it’s hard to convey just how underwhelming the portion sizes were. It’s unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed the taste of the food, but the lack of sufficient servings overshadowed the positive aspects of our meal.
Overall, I hope that this location can improve their portioning practices. For a family meal, it’s crucial to ensure that the containers are filled properly so that customers feel they are getting their money’s worth. I’d love to return in the future if this issue is addressed, but for now, I cannot recommend this location based on my recent experience.

The food at this place is top notch, it’s fresh, cooked to perfection, and tastes delicious. All hit no miss so far. The service is speedy and restaurant appears to be very clean. One of the better Panda Expresses I’ve been to.

Do not go here after 8pm. Did the drive through 8:05 and ordered two steak meals and one teriyaki chicken meal. She says they are out of teriyaki so I change to a different item. Then at the window when I’m ready to pay she says we have only half of one order of the steak. I politely said I’ll just park and come in. Within the sixty seconds that I parked and got my kids out of the car they served the rest of the steak to someone els. I just walked out. Crazy on a Friday night at 8pm a place like this would be out of multiple common items like this.

Horrible. Guy at the window sitting there having a personal conversation with customers that are apparently his friends for seriously almost 5 minutes. I figured they were waiting for some food. Then at the end he goes ok see you later and they drive off. Kept me waiting for no reason. Extremely lame. No wonder the reviews here are terrible. Avoid this trash location. That employee is terrible.

Visited this location a few times to get my wife some lunch. Orders take promptly and expedited in a timely manner. My only complaint about this location is the horrendous parking lot configuration.
