First time here after the remodeling, it’s much better than before. Ordering at kiosk saves lot of time, you don’t need grubhub account, can use paw point/credit card). With the new seating arrangement its easier to walk. Food pretty much is the same, I tried the limited time item chilli crisp shrimp and I think its the best item from panda. Certainly the most savory item and not sweet like other stuff, mild hot so easy on palette.

This Panda is not my favorite Panda Express I’ve been to.
I personally enjoy broccoli and beef. I’m not sure if others just don’t order it at this location but almost every time I eat here the b&b is old and soggy.
The rest of the food is generally pretty hot and good.
The service is only okay which I understand. They’re super busy with feeding the staff and students.
The atmosphere is good but bad? Nice and clean but the sitting is all open food court style and very compact. Tends to get loud in busy times.

this is the one on campus, and more than likely its closed. dont fall for it. i went one day and all the doors were locked. panda express needs to specify this is a COLLEGE LOCATION and its not open at any given time.

To me the food taste ok and the portion size is not it. When it’s not rush hour the give you normal portion size but during busy hours get smaller portion sizes. I recently ordered a bigger plate a side and three entrees. I looked at it and one of the entrees was missing because It would’ve come in a separate container, so I told them l’m missing one but was told they doubled it onto my plate but to me it wasn’t double it was a regular portion size. I feel like I just wasted money and the Panda Express in Easley tastes better and gives bigger portion sizes.

Night shift workers are wonderful people. You can tell that they truly care about the food here – never, ever would have expected such genuine enthusiasm for what is essentially a fast-food Asian-fusion place. Ironically, however, there is no Indian food being served here. The mid-day staff are mediocre, but I am giving this establishment five stars for their love of the craft. Excellent dishes for a reasonable price!!

My family of five received a BOGO plate coupon by email. We drove from Anderson because this was the closest Panda Express location. We were instructed to order from the kiosk tablets. We put in our order, pressed the button for the coupon code, and were given a message that the code was invalid. I spoke to a young lady working there and explained the situation. She called over the middle-aged manager. I again explained the situation. The manager said they don’t accept coupon codes and refused to honor it. After traveling for half an hour to dine there, I was insulted that she didn’t try to resolve the problem, and didn’t even seem to care. We walked out to eat somewhere else, and this location lost out on the sale of four plates (approximately $40 in total) because she wouldn’t honor the free fifth plate. This was terrible customer service. The manager should be ashamed. Obviously she places no value on having customers leave with a positive experience. We took our business somewhere that did.
