Ordered through door dash. When the dasher got there they didn’t have our order and claimed they had problems with their system so he had to place the order and wait. Their food has really gone down. My teriyaki chicken breast just looks liked burned grilled chicken. It had no teriyaki flavor to it. Won’t be ordering from them anytime soon.

I ordered cream cheese rangoons from this Panda Express and found a hair inside the box. I tried calling the location but couldn’t reach anyone. This was really disappointing… food safety and cleanliness should be taken seriously.

Solid meal, would recommend! The Orange Chicken is a classic for a reason – crispy, flavorful, and packs a nice sweet kick. The Teriyaki Chicken was a bit undercooked for my taste, but the portion was generous. Service was quick and friendly. Maybe work on the cooking time? Overall, a reliable spot for a quick Chinese-American fix.

They will accept your delivery order, have the dasher come to the store and then say that they are closed. Why accept the order, have DoorDash send someone, just to do that? We ordered at 9:50, yes I know it was on the later side, but you don’t close until 10pm, you should have a delivery cut off about 30 mins before you close. I won’t be ordering anytime soon.

If you notice the time that I placed the order to the time I actually received it, you will know why this place is going downhill. Having problems in the past waiting for your order to be made in store, I decided to use the mobile app hoping to skip the wait. I placed an order at 5:26pm and said it should be ready by 5:45pm. I arrived at 6pm thinking it would be ready, which it was not even attempted yet. The panicked girl was looking for my order that has not even been started yet. Her and another guy started to make my order realizing it wasn’t started. After the order was finished it sat on the to go table for another 5 minutes before being bagged. I saw the same guy that made my order about to place it on the to go rack and had to stop him. 6:18pm is when I finally received my order. It’s not just Panda it’s the location. The two on base are in and out with your order, not waiting. Save your time folks. If you have base access just make the drive, or just expect to wait around an hour for your food.

This location is the ONLY restaurant I’ve been to in Onslow County that (consistently) seems to ignore to-go orders! For reference, I am a 5-star rated DoorDash driver with thousands of deliveries under my belt… at this location, they will help every customer in line and in the drive-thru before even attempting to fulfill a delivery order. Earlier tonight, I waited almost 30 minutes for my customers’ TWO plate order to be prepared and bagged… and that was only after I spoke up (twice). The part that was most maddening? The food was already cooked, it just needed to be put into a to-go box! My customer was quite upset as this was dinner for her and her small child which became a very late dinner by the time it was delivered to her door. The entire time I stood in that restaurant, I watched the employees work… very slowly as they paused often to speak to each other about nothing of importance. There was at least half a dozen other people waiting for their to-go orders as well, all saying they had been in there for a good while. Management needs to retrain their people to understand that the customers who order online are absolutely as important as the ones who come into the business. I will never pick up from this location again, nor will I ever be a customer there after seeing how “valued” I and my customer were, yet again. Do better and perhaps hire people who know how to hustle in an “EXPRESS” fashion, as your name implies!

I usually don’t eat inside Panda Express, but my daughter and I did this time and were pleasantly surprised. Michael the manager was super friendly and the customer service was great. Definitely better than what I’m used to. We’ll be back!

Do not listen to the local guide reviews that inflate this business. They get inflated for what is now a consistent trend for our family. You will wait a long time.
Three occasions now where it has been over an hour waiting for our online to-go order. Today we placed an order at 5pm, the app said pickup at 545, but yet still waiting at 645.
The excuse was that they were waiting for the chow mein to cook. Looking at all the negative reviews with zero feedback from the business tells you a lot of how the business feels about the service aspect of the business. My advice is to buy food somewhere else.

My mom and I stopped by earlier this afternoon and went inside this time. The restaurant was nice and clean, the food was really good, and the service was amazing. Michael helped us and he was super friendly and helpful.
