Only 3 pcs of chicken is insane ..
Save yourself the disappointment & just go to the one in concord, I’ve been 3 times now and its the same situation everytime.
I ordered the bigger plate but each time they do not provide full portions for the 3rd choice, I’ve opened the box and have had only 3 or 4 pcs of chicken when ordering orange and sweet & sour chicken or when I order teriyaki as the 3rd option they give you a half a piece of chicken ..
The location by Concord mills will atleast fill the box or give you the whole piece of teriyaki chicken, for what you pay that is the least that should be provided. I’ve never had this issue with any of the other locations I’ve visited.

This place has some of the worst service that I’ve ever experienced…. I placed a picked up order that was supposed to be ready by 7:20. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:20, I waited until 7:40 still no food, not a single employee apologized for the wait… at 7:45 still no food. I finally received a message at 7:51 that my order was ready, however they STILL didn’t have my food… keep in mind, this whole time MULTIPLE other people got their food who ordered after me… FINALLY I got my food at 7:56. Never once received an apology for the inconvenience and terrible service. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will never eat here again because of how terrible this experience was.

I love panda express but this location started off excellent but seems like it’s started to go down, no one wants to hear you scraping the bottom of the pan for their food(that’s called scraps) just get a fresh batch, no one minds waiting for fresh food. At this location I seem to get scraps alot. The 4 star because on a whole i love panda express

Solid 2/10 Food was super bland, not like it used to be. Orange chicken has a tang to it and was slightly cold. The chow mein has no seasoning, wetness or sauce just dry noodles. Wasn’t worth the money even with the coupon.

To be honest this is the 5th time I visit this location after they opened. Today my portion was half of what I was getting before. The staff was not helpful today. I asked for soy sauce she gave me two and shut the window before I could even ask her for more.
