First we thought to go some other restaurant but then we change our mind and selected Honest which was the best decision. The manchow soup and veg noodles were so good. The atmosphere and service is so excellent. I would prefer this restaurant over any other for veg choices.

We always enjoy eating food here. Food is Very authentic and tasty. Variety has increased. Seating is a little bit tight. Service is great. Even with very less men to serve, delivery of food is very fast. 15% gratuity is added by default. But, Google maps does not show the destination correctly.

The food here is really fun and different from other Indian restaurants in the area. The food here is what you’d find in the south of India. They even have Indian style Chinese food, which is delicious. Would recommend the chili paneer, dosa, and the saffron & fig ice cream. Super friendly staff.

Amazing experience at this Indian vegetarian restaurant! The pani puri was fresh, crispy, and perfectly tangy. The soup was warm and flavorful, just the right start. Paneer chili was absolutely delicious, soft paneer with a perfect balance of spice and taste. The pav bhaji was rich, buttery, and full of authentic Mumbai-style flavor. We had a wonderful experience at Honest Restaurant in Parsippany! Manchow and Sweet Corn soups were full of flavor and perfectly spiced. The Mango Lassi, along with the Palak Paneer and Pav Bhaji, were absolutely delicious. Krunal and the team provided excellent, friendly service that made our visit even more enjoyable. I stopped by Honest and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful and served hot. I ordered the cheese butter masala, Schezwan noodles, garlic naan and the cheese bhakri pizza. Everything tasted spot on. The masala was rich without feeling heavy, the noodles had the right kick and the naan was soft with a clean garlic punch. The bhakri pizza was a fun surprise and ended up being one of my favorites. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the meal even better. I’ll be back for sure.

Their Gulab Jamun and Gajar Halwa are heavenly. Not too sweet, perfectly warm, and very fresh. Will come back just for dessert. In addition to that, The Honest Special Sandwich brought back memories from India. Loaded, crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. A must-order if you like Mumbai-style snacks.

I’ve been a fan of Honest, since back to the Ahmedabad days, and I’ve always looked forward to enjoying your food. Today, after returning to your location under new management, I wanted to share a brief feedback.During our visit, we were served coconut chutney in a 2 oz plastic cup with our dosa. When we requested additional sambhar and chutney, we were informed that there would be an extra charge for sambhar only . We accepted that, but when the bill arrived, we were charged $2.99 for the 2 oz chutney containers. Many competitors provide these sides free of charge, so this felt inconsistent with what we’ve come to expect from the brand.We paid the amount, but this experience has left us a bit unsettled. We value Honest highly and would hate to see customers discouraged by such practices, especially when the menu items are relatively small portions. I’m sharing this to help maintain the high standards and customer trust that Honest has stood for. If there’s a policy change, I’d appreciate clarity for future visits. Hate to see some franchise owner cut the corner and make money like this and client coming back eventually.
