I have picked up takeout for our family several times and have never had a negative experience. Shirley, the manager, truly loves what she does and it shows. She goes above and beyond to give each person the best possible customer service experience. Kayden has been my cashier at the register multiple times and never fails to ensure I have everything I need before leaving the restaurant.

If I could give less than 1 star I would . Were from texas we just moved to NC so we were excited to get some panda after a long day of work. We waited 30 mins in the drive thru get our food get home to realize they gave us someone else’s order and charged me wrong over 10 dollars more. So unfortunately I have to drive back to panda when we got there they didnt even want to open the door because they were “closed” spoke with the manager explain what happen so she refunded my order and charged me correctly the only thing they got correctly was my cream cheese ragoon. She said I won’t charge you for that due to the inconvenience (less than 3$ charge ) I don’t want free food but the mess up was huge I will not be coming back ridiculous!!! And they just open i get mess ups will happen but make it right I definitely didnt leave happy.

The Mint Hill location is still under construction. I’m wondering how people are making comments about the food??? I’m giving five stars just because a Panda Express is being built. Once it is open and serving food, I’ll update my review.

Food was horrible, cold, tasted like a frozen dinner. Rice was not cooked all the way, noodles were cold like from the fridge.
I ordered pickup and it told me it would be ready at 12 but it was like the food had been sitting there for an hour before.
I spent $64 for dollar store frozen Chinese dinners. Won’t be eating here again.

The other reviews mentioning food here are not for this location. They’re for the other location further down Albemarle rd. People can’t read maps so apparently, so just know that this location is not yet open or serving food.
