I want to start by saying I haven’t been to a Panda express in years! I gave this a try and I’m not disappointed! The employees where very happy to help and suggest items! Becca took my order and was very nice and helpful! Even checking out I was greeted with a smile from Mirian! The food is definitely a win for lunch and I’ll have plenty leftovers for dinner! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

My family and I visited this location on 08/20/23 and had a great experience. We have a rather large party with 7 kids and the experience was stellar. From ordering which was quick and easy, to the quality of the food and the customer service was outstanding. A lady named Mcreen went above and beyond with her positive attitude and willingness to help clean up as one of our kids accidentally spilled her food. The positive attitude she had was something you don’t come across every day and the interaction was a great complement to the amazing food. If you’re in the area I highly recommend visiting Panda Express!

They refused to serve me at 8:40pm. Business hours are posted to be open until 9. Becca was the employee. I’m a long time Panda Express customer and after driving 6 hours I was really looking forward to some food. Missed $$ and a 1 star review is what bad employees that don’t understand what it takes to run a business cost you. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be let down.

Panda Express is expensive for the amount of food you receive. Their popular dish, Orange Chicken, was very bland……little taste. You can tell this restaurant is new because their staff is still being trained.

If you haven’t yet tried their teriyaki chicken… You’re missing out. You should order some with the Chow mein noodles. Fabulous food! It takes a little while if the line is long, but it’s worth the wait! I ordered the two entrees meal and doubled up on the chicken… And there was enough food there to share with my husband when I got home.

My family and I took a 30 minute drive just to check out this place and it was amazing! Definitely coming back. Their customer service was on point and the food was so fresh. Not even the mall sells chicken so fresh as this place. Princess are also reasonable so cannot argue that.

Went with my partner for dinner, noticed odd signage that a medium drink was the same price as a small. Proceeded to ask for a medium drink and it rang up at a different price ($2.30 for a medium) than picture posted. So I asked the employee if there was an issue compared to their signage. He didn’t have a response, to which manager on duty proceeded to intervene and ended up telling me I was wrong and that he “couldn’t see what I was referring to.” Which I pointed out how confusing it was, didn’t want to argue over a change difference but rather their signage being wrong. I’ve never experienced bad customer service to attempting to lie and tell the customer their wrong about something so small. Please do better!
