They didn’t answer the phone when I called for a refund. The shrimp wasn’t cooked all the way and super mushy and slimey, my noodles had all veggie and no noodles. The orange chicken was fatty, no meat and also mushy. $29 for mush and cabbage.

I ordered thru the app and picked up my tasty meal. My order was ready on time and it was hot. I got the mushroom chicken, honey sesame chicken with noodles. Plenty of everything! I was able to skip past the five people waiting in line. I’ll be back.

Pretty odd “Chinese” restaurant experience. There were no Chinese people, no Asian cooks or employees here. This is basically a fast food style, with limited choices, Chinese-style foods. To my shock there was no sweet and sour chicken offered! And fortune cookies were not complimentary here. So how was the food? Fried rice was acceptable but how can you screw up rice? Sesame chicken was pretty good. Coconut shrimp cost extra as a premium food. Hunh? Crab Rangoon were tasty. I do not recommend the egg rolls. Meh… Despite the tendency towards blandness in the flavor — the place was very busy at lunch time & carry outs were brisk. I guess the typical American consumer has no idea what good Chinese food really tastes like. I won’t be eating here again.
UPDATE: After eating here, I fell dead asleep in a hospital waiting room. Even intercoms didn’t wake me in a small room. Finally, the person I was driving found me and awoke me. MSG will cause such fatigue. Then driving home, I had to seek a rest room immediately. I had an explosive diarrhea attack! Yuck! OMG. This is another well documented symptom of excessive MSG ingestion. Normally, I have only slight reactions to glutamate. This place must use tons of MSG. Be forewarned!!

This establishment consistently experiences high traffic, and despite a seemingly adequate number of staff members, there appears to be a lack of urgency in their attitude. On occasions, employees have been observed engaging in extended conversations while customers are waiting. While I am generally patient and this does not typically pose a significant issue for me, during my last visit, I noticed that the young lady assisting me appeared quite stressed or upset. When I inquired if she felt overwhelmed, she responded, “No, I just hate this place.” I was quite surprised by her candidness and simply expressed my hope that things would improve for her.
My intention in sharing this is to suggest that if employees are expressing such sentiments to customers during their work, it may be beneficial for management to review the workplace culture. It seems evident that there are underlying issues, which are reflected in the quality of service provided. The staff generally does not convey a welcoming demeanor when serving customers. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made.

Fantastic food and great staff however extremely frustrated that they do not have a changing table in the ladies restroom. Not family friendly in the slightest. A big chain and no changing table? Please get with the times. People have babies. Don’t make me change a blow out somewhere else.

The manager or shift lead Nestor has to be one of the most incompetent individuals I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. I asked for a plate and this “leader” was completely aghast and confused because I wanted 2 sides as opposed to 2 entree portions. You would’ve thought we were having a board discussion at SpaceX by how difficult this individual made it. After waiting 15 for chow mein, and going back and forth with him to help him “understand” how to fix a plate, I just told them to keep it! I like Panda express, but it also kinda sucks because I won’t be back and this location is the only one I my area. Thanks, Nestor!

This was the second time I have been to this location. Don’t know if it was the manager or employees, but it was way sub par. My and my sons chow Mein noodles were mostly onions and cabbage. Lack of call for or the kitchen being able to kelp up. (Manager issue) The tables in the dining room really should be wiped down after each customer. Had several employees and manager just setting at tables doing whatever and the line and kitchen was struggling bad. Most likely will not be back. The kid that checked me out put everyone’s before us food on a tray to eat in the dining area. He expected us to get our own tray and put the food on it ourselves. New management is sorely needed.

I never usually put in online orders within an hour of a place closing, since I know how it is working fast food. I was craving Panda Express when I got off of work and placed an online order. I was expecting to be met with indifference but the lady at the counter had such a warm smile and was so sweet! Anyone who can act like that so close to closing the store gets a 10/10 from me 🙂

The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We got our order to go and the food was still warm by the time we got home (10 minutes later).
I haven’t ate Panda Express in years and wasn’t sure what to expect. Nothing looked or tasted like it had been sitting for hrs. Nothing was dried out. Everything was pretty tasty.

It’s almost as disappointing to have to give this location 1 star as it is to think about my experience last night. They deserve 0. I was the only person in the restaurant and got no service for about 5 minutes, about 10 employees, not one cared enough to come and take my order. I finally asked a random employee if they were going to cook more food, as the only item they actually had was Orange chicken and he just ignored me and kept playing on his phone. When I said thanks for blowing me off and not answering my question, I was asked to leave a
Nd I did. The Manager on duty needs to be fired immediately. This is unacceptable. Will never go back. I just called the health department to inform them that food is not being held at the proper temperature, and being served more than 4 hours after being cooked. Panda express is a great concept which requires strong leadership. This is not happening at this location.
