First time coming here since the reopening. Have not been in a few years. They were super busy. (Mostly takeout, DoorDash, and drive thru.) very few people were dinning in. I had ordered through the app before I even left my house. (10 minute drive) place was clean and looked nice. They had a busy staff and manager was very hands on assisting her team. A few doordashers were waiting and I had to wait over 5 minutes to even let staff know I was here for my order. One staff member gave few of us drink cups for the wait which was nice. I was asked several times by staff, my name for order. I even watched customers walk in and order their food on the spot and get their food before me which was frustrating. You would think since I ordered my food in advanced that I would get priority. It was over 30 minutes since I placed my order on my phone. So I had enough and said out loud that I placed my order over a half hour ago. The manager overheard and immediately got on it and shortly after, I had finally gotten my food. Now for the food part. Portions are always decent. I’ve been to fast food Chinese places at the mall that give you more meat but if you order the bigger plate it is plenty for one person. Food was still warm when I got home. The only thing I didn’t like were the noodles. Just kinda chewy and bland for me. Everything else was good. Even the eggroll. Which I didn’t think would be good cause they slightly burned the ends of it but still tasted fine. The wait time was unacceptable for a fast food place. If staff can’t handle online orders, DoorDash, drive thru, plus walk in orders, than maybe they should take a hiatus on the delivery service till they can handle the demand. There’s plenty of fast food options where I don’t have to wait 30 minutes. And taste just as good or better and cheaper. I mean I’m spending almost 20 dollars for a plate of food, I expect to get it quickly. The only reason why I’ll be going back is because of the staff member who gave us drink cups and apologized for the wait. And the manager on the line trying her hardest to keep her staff motivated and afloat. And hearing my complaint of waiting 30 minutes and she immediately handled it and took care of me. This location has been around for a while and it is very popular. But if they don’t get it together and improve the wait times people will go elsewhere. There are a ton of options in that area. I’m gonna give it a couple weeks and will return to see if they have improved.

I love this Panda Express. The drive-thru moves fast and the portion sizes are good. My favorite combo is the sweet fire chicken with string bean chicken and chow mein.

My husband and I love Panda and we’re very happy they reopened.
My only complaint is the seriously disappointing portion of the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I’m paying an extra $1.50+, I expect more than 4-5 pieces of shrimp! It should be the same amount given as the regular entrées.

Staff is rude and unsure how to take orders. While the food was warm at best, the orange chicken was freshly made (watched them place it on the line) it was soggy, room temp, and not sauced properly. Also the chow mein was crunchy and did not have the right flavor and the soda fountain had three syrups connected to the wrong product. Lastly, the line cooks were cussing at each other and it made several customers visibly uncomfortable. The best thing going for this location is the dining room is clean, but the music was blaring and could not have a conversation at my table.

Katt Williams once said can you burn broccoli and evidently you can. You can taste the burnt in the beef and broccoli. This was not it

This was my first time there and I had zero idea of what I was getting into going through the drive-thru. The man on the other end of the microphone was very patient, understanding and full of advice. I ordered the mixed greens with noodles and spring roll small plate. It was delicious. The greens were so fresh and crunchy. I loved every bit of it.

So clearly the $4 order of veggies is mainly broccoli and not even filled to the top. The plate is barely ok for portions,I feel they are doing the very minimum before it could qualify as not enough. I feel as if it could be better paying $15 for this. Customer service was great, fairly quick line.

The management here must have changed recently because everything has improved quite a bit. I approve of this place now.
I stopped going to this location for quite a while because the food and service was pretty bad at one point. It’s good now.

I’m continually disappointed with this store. And even still I order here all the time because my family enjoys their food, but their customer service and quality in portion control leaves much to be desired. With a family of 7 we usually spend between $40-$70. Today I mobile ordered the family box, one of our usual orders, we chose 3 orange chicken and 2 super greens. When I got to the car I opened one orange chicken and the serving was only about 3/4 full. I proceeded to open the other 2 O.C and they too were just as light. I went back inside and showed the woman, she told the young lady something and then filled the boxes, she bagged them and also gave me 3 complimentary egg rolls. Which was in order, she did good. However, I should have checked my super green boxes. When we got home and opened them one was half full!! And the other almost 3/4 full. I couldn’t believe it! The pictures are exactly what I received. This isn’t the first time they have given us light portions either. I grew up on the west coast and panda express always gave fair portions. This store and the Hampton store give very stingy portions.
I’ve also had trouble with their root beer being mostly water and carbonation, then they act like it’s suppose to be like that.
I think I’ll take our money elsewhere and you should too.

I paid for the extra pepper steak and waited 10 minutes for them to make a brand new batch. I opened up the container and saw that what they gave me was 95% rice and barely any meat. I got 3 small measly pieces of steak and barely any veggies. I basically paid 9 dollar for some fried rice which is ridiculous. The service was good, with everyone working being nice but for paying extra for this option and then waiting for a new batch (meaning you should have a ton to give out a fair potion) to barely get any is just crazy and just fair for the price. Which I could add a picture to show how little of the protein I got, you can see how the bowl is filled to the top with literally just the rice. So disappointing
