Not the worst customer service, but far from the best I have had at a panda express… the individual serving my food didn’t say a single word to me and gave me the smallest scoop of an entree I have ever had at any panda express establishment. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

They no longer carry black pepper chicken which was the only dish I liked. The employee instead of dealing with customers are busy talking to each other in a non English language which is fine but not when you have customers in front of you. Was not asked if I needed or wanted any sauces I had to wait for the employee to employee chit chat to stop to ask for it.

Cheap,edible, fast food Chinese food…i do love the Honey Walnut Shrimp and I have been trying the Honey Sesame Chicken lately..its not bad. Fried rice and lo mein are subpar and portion sizes are decent.

Been here twice and received mixed sevice. One employee stacking the “Plate” order (two entrees) with multiple scopps filling the full extent of the container. And a different employee filling a “Bigger Plate” (3 entrees) into one container with plenty of space leftover. I’m used to have one full Styrofoam plate and a separate box for the 3rd entree…

Didn’t have teriyaki chicken available, and it would take 15 mins to get some ready. Had their Orange chicken. I asked about it’s spiciness. They said it is tolerable… What is tolerable for one may not be tolerable for another. It was still spicy for me! They had other chicken entrées, but i did not like either of those. I should have gone to another food concept at the NAB Little Creek food court.

Good food for a quick stop! The only thing that was a negative I had of my visit that I wouldn’t blame the restaurant for was when I arrived it was around thirty minutes until closing and they ran out of some food due to a lot of customers arriving at the same time. They only had white rice available instead of noodles. This was fine with me though, I also got beef and broccoli.
The meal was well worth it, the rice was steamed and very aromatic. The beef and broccoli were seasoned perfectly and I had enough sauce to add to the rice for flavoring.
Even though there were a lot of customers, they really were efficient at getting the customers through. I definitely will visit again but during the normal hours to have the full selection of meals.
