First time visiting this Panda Express, and I was impressed! The interior is beautifully laid out, looks brand new, and is incredibly clean.
The staff were both friendly and professional, making the experience even better. I ordered a Bigger Plate with the Black Pepper Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken—both were fresh and delicious. They even have outdoor seating available. You really can’t go wrong here!”

The food is usually hot but this time it was lukewarm. The portion size was also smaller than usual for the bowl size. We ordered Black Pepper Sirloin and Black Pepper Chicken. A larger portion and hotter food would have made this a better experience.

It was straight forward, I came to this Panda Express location with my mother after a long day at work and the African-American women with the glasses, I think she was one of the managers there but she was very rude to me and my mother, after the order was said she said things like “Come again?” ” I didn’t hear you speak louder” “That doesn’t make sense to me, what?”
It was fast survice but as a 17 year old fellow African-American I didn’t expect to be treated like this from a fellow sister
(Food wasn’t terrible tho but it was VERY light on the portions and the meat looked kinda weird)

Good place to eat,the manager took time to talk to us and make sure everything was good with are food and asked how are day was. Felt like we where at a 5 star restaurant! Service was a little slow but but it looked like they where training new staff, other than that it was good! Can’t wait for them to open the new one on Cosby village

The manager here is extremely nice! We went inside for takeout and he was incredibly personable and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more positive experience-even at fine dining restaurants. We will definitely return!

Drive through – I was told to pull up and they would bring me my food in a couple of minutes. After 15 minutes, I saw many orders being filled, so I went inside and they forgot about my food. I spoke to the manager who said oh, pick an appetizer on me (egg roll). I saw poor communication, lack of team work, and what looked like people doing their own thing.
