Great deal but horrible experience. The app said 12 minutes but we waited in the store for well over an hour for our order. We were informed this is common practice.
The pizza we received was cold because it sat on the shelf waiting for our bread bites to get remade. I saw the first order come out of the oven on the conveyor and fall directly on the floor. The pizza was also missing several of the ingredients we ordered.

The pizza is always delicious and the staff are friendly, so I’m a regular here. However, I’ve noticed a few hygiene issues lately. Most staff work with bare hands without gloves, and some female staff have their hair down or loosely tied while preparing food. It felt a bit unhygienic to watch. I’d love to keep coming back, so I hope they can pay a bit more attention to hygiene!

I ordered two sandwiches, and cheese bread. When I arrived, there were only two boxes. The employee realized the mistake, and they started making the second sandwich. They said it would be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later the second sandwich came out and they said they didn’t put any cheese or pepperoni on the sandwich. So I had to wait 15 more minutes for them to make it again. They did not offer to remake any of my other food which had been sitting there for 30 minutes now. I got home and the only thing edible was the one sandwich that took two tries and 30 minutes to make. The first cold sandwich was also missing cheese. I contacted Domino’s and submitted a complaint and nobody followed up. Typical corporate “fast” food garbage service.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas on 11/17/2025 at 1:35 pm, #1238 Domino’s on Rodd Street in Midland, Michigan, with 2 toppings, light sauce, no seasoning on crust, and well done. Whoever made the pizza did an excellent job, everything was to perfection. The delivery driver was polite too and delivered my pizzas piping hot. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, this order was very disappointing. The pizza arrived noticeably undercooked and extremely wet, with a soggy crust that made it hard to enjoy. I tried putting it in the air fryer to fix it, hoping to crisp it up, but even that couldn’t bring it to a satisfactory point. The only positive part of the experience was the delivery driver, who was quick, friendly, and polite. Other than that, the food itself just didn’t meet expectations. I ended up going to Pizza Baker right afterward, which is where I should have gone from the start. Overall, not a great experience.

On 11/23 I ordered 2 pizzas, bread bites & an oven baked sandwich. In the past we’ve always been happy, however, this order ruined Domino’s for my family. Out of 4 people in my household, not 1 of us got through our first slice of pizza or managed to choke down the bread bites. The food was awful. Hopefully others have a better experience.
