I usually have a good experience when I eat here as far as fast food is concerned. However, it absolutely wrecked my stomach this week when I had it. It was also very bland.

FYI I had the honey walnut shrimp, Mushroom chicken, chow mein, and rangoon.

I walked into the store on Christmas Eve at exactly 9:30 PM and was served by a gentleman named Brandon. He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled my order with full attention and dedication. This man deserves a raise! While he could have been in a bad mood working on Christmas Eve, he chose to stay positive and give his best to his customers. The store was packed, and he was fast and efficient. Brandon comes highly recommended—if any other restaurant is looking to hire him, consider this my letter of recommendation.

Quick and friendly service! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Ordered the Family Meal which consisted of two large sides and three large entrees. Great value!
I ordered Chow Mein and Super Greens as the two sides. For entrees, I ordered The Original Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Angus Steak, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Last two entrees were premium, added $3.75 additional charge each.
Not sure if it was near closing time, they filled each container to the top. They even quickly stir fried a fresh batch of the Super Greens after I placed the order.
I would give a three or four stars for the taste, but what do you expect from a franchise fast Chinese Food place. Unlike most of the fast Chinese food restaurants, Panda Express was very clean and pleasant.

I came here for the first time today and got lunch ( grilled teriyaki chicken and super greens ) and my stomach has been hurting ever since/all day long. I’m no doctor, but if I were to guess – a mild case of food poisoning. Had to cancel my plans for tonight.

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken with white rice. Was given some dry chicken without sauce. The website clearly says with Teriyaki sauce but when I asked about the sauce I was told they haven’t done that in a year. Maybe take it off the website if that is not what is actually offered. Tried the packets of Teriyaki because thats what I was I given in place of the actual sauce. Needless to say I took the food back and received a refund. Terrible experience and probably won’t come back. The manager was not friendly at all when I spoke with her about the problem.

I visited this location for the first time 3 days ago. While ordering in the Drive Thru, I ordered the “Wok Fired Shrimp” dish and was told they no longer sold it. I explained to the cashier that I had recently started eating Panda Express, loved that entrée and was willing to try the “Hot Orange Chicken” dish. I asked a few questions to ensure I was ordering the “Bigger Plate” correctly, and she appeared frustrated, as she loudly & abruptly yelled, “Ma’am!” I felt compelled to come inside and show what I wanted to ensure accuracy of my order & informed her I was coming inside. Once arriving at the door, the doors were locked, and as I looked inside, I could see Jacob (Introduced as The Mgr), looking back at the drive-thru server, while they all laughed at me. As a customer was coming out, I asked if they were still open & encouraged me & and the customers behind me to come in. It appeared the store was still open, as other customers were sitting down eating. As I got to the food line, I proceeded to ask questions & the drive thru server ignored me as the mgr. informed me the store was closed inside & failed to assist, yet allowed the other customers to stay in. As I drive back to the drive thru, she had me waiting a long period of time before taking my order. I still had questions about the menu options & instead of assisting, she simply said, “Ok.” As I proceeded to pay, she explained she needed to take my entire phone from me, instead of allowing me to tap pay from my car. I found that strange & said, “That seems a bit unsanitary,” asking if she washed her hands after each tap? She said, “You want me to do it or not?” I agreed since she was already holding the phone. Oddly enough, once she tap paid, she didn’t immediately give my phone back and returned it with orange sauce on it and scrolled to another screen. Once giving me my food, phone & receipt back, she intentionally smears food on my hands. Based on the energy she provided, I carefully ate my food and just as I thought, there was a long piece of black hair weave strand on the inside of my plate.(Please see attached pics of hair). I was so disgusted as I sped back to the drive thru intercom where she refused to acknowledge me, so I got in line behind the last 2 vehicles at the window. She peaks through the window, leans in, looks at me, and walks away from the window. Finally, the manager opened the window and acknowledged me. I informed him that I was aware of the laughing going on earlier, explained she intentionally placed hair in my food, requested a refund, and told him I was reporting him and his staff for their behaviors. He explained that I couldn’t get a refund since he’d already counted his drawer & told me to come back tomorrow to get a replacement. I told him I wanted an immediate refund & asked for the corporate #, along with his name, and told him based on how I was treated, I never wanted to see his store again. I also confronted the cashier who just quietly stood there and didn’t deny what she did. I was provided with a general feedback number instead. Finally, the manager asked for my receipt and magically provided the refund he initially said he couldn’t. I’m still disgusted and disappointed with the treatment at this store. The refund on my account still doesn’t show, so hopefully, I’ll get that soon. Being ignored, laughed at, having food smeared on me and my phone, having my food played in and hair intentionally placed in it, and refusal of a refund is definitely not my idea of world class customer service.

I ordered door dash pick up. The manager was really mean to his employees. He was being short and rude with them. I could tell that the employees were embarrassed by the way they were spoken to by a manager. On top of that, they ran out of one of the entrees and just didn’t give me a 3rd one when I ordered a bigger plate. I only got a serving of two entrees. I won’t be back. There are other Panda expresses that are better than this location.

First time there the other night after work after seeing a tic TOC video on how low the price is for one plate..prices are inflated everywhere..but out pay check remains the same… smh ..anyway it was worth the price of 9.99.. and the two apple pie sticks were delicious a little to much cinnamon on outside since I make them by scratch myself at times.. anyway worth the trip.. place beautiful..clean..service great..busy place..no wait for a long time for your food..food served hot..you can dine in but I took out my food ate at home..the only downside is that they cannot put the sauce on top of the meat or rice.. and only give you two packets of sauce good thing I had my own teriyaki sauce bottle at home..otherwise great choice for dinner I’m sure anytime you go it will be a great choice for you and your family. A must try!! I will be returning if you follow me I always give honest reviews I spend money so I tell the truth.. !! Stop by this place today you will be pleased dine in bring your kids or elderly..
