I ordered food and it came with napkins that was already used . The fortune cookie came opened , looked as if mice had nibbled at it. The food looked as if someone played in it. I called to complain, was told it must have been the Uber driver, I said not at all it’s from the restaurant.

I usually just come here with someone else then get my food elsewhere. Today is the first time I got food here, because I saw they have a vegetarian option now, an “Impossible” brand fake chicken item. It it is either just totally not fresh, or a bad item regardless of freshness. It is tough, dry, sticky and chewy, with no sauce at all. The rice is unusually salty (it has egg, so it is not vegan). They only let people have one fork and one napkin, there are no knives so forget cutting up your food. The servers and cashier are nice.
