It was just okay. I’m not sure what was going on with the seating The chairs were lined up in a weird way. The customer service was all right. The bagel was okay but it could have been prepared nicer. I paid extra for a sliced turkey on the bagel instead of their turkey sausage and they were very skimpy.

We had a very disappointing experience at this branch. First, we asked if the bagel we had just purchased could be cut in half for my child. Fatima, the employee, refused, saying she cannot cut or accept food back once it has gone out from the kitchen. This was not outside food — it had just left the kitchen and had not been handled. About a week ago, the same branch cut the bagel without issue, which is what my child expected. Instead, she gave me a plastic knife that completely ruined the bagel and left me covered in cream cheese.
On top of that, my order was made incorrectly — I asked for no tomato, and the sandwich came with tomato. When I pointed this out, she took the sandwich and threw it in the trash in front of me, which completely ruined my appetite.
Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Cutting a bagel in half is a minimal, reasonable request, and the way this was handled makes me not want to return to this branch.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered half dozen toasted bagels. The bagels came out almost burnt and unedible. When I pointed out to the cashier, the lady was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge it. I told her that I am a regular customer at another Noah Bagel location she retorted back that I should eat at the other location instead. I am not sure how such insensitive people get hired for customer service role.
I love Noah’s bagel but I am not bringing my money to this location in future.

I have been here a few times and haven’t seen a line yet. I love it. It’s always clean and my bagel is fresh and delicious. The employees are professional and fast. Plus the location is near the freeway so it’s convenient

It’s a chain, so no complaints about the taste — the bagels are good. However, service makes all the difference, especially at large chain outlets.

We bought half a dozen bagels, but were told they could only toast three. The rest weren’t even cut or warmed up. When you’re buying six bagels for a family, it’s only fair to expect all of them to be toasted. Otherwise, someone’s left eating a cold, dry bagel — really disappointing and unacceptable.

Yummy bagels and the staff that I’ve met have been nice. You can now sit inside!! There’s plenty of seating space. The only downside is that they don’t have decaf 🙁 I’m pregnant so I really wanted s decaf latte lol. It’s ok though I got an orange juice instead.

Was excited about getting bagels and some coffee until the attitude i received. My ice coffee has grounds in it, i asked if i could have a pump of sweetener since cold drinks and hard sugar don’t mix and got nothing but sass back. The online ordering said “cream and sweetener available in-store or curbside” but they don’t actually have sweetener and instead of having any sort of customer service it was attitude. Probably will not return to this Noah’s ever again.

We were excited to visit Noah’s Bagels, but the experience was disappointing. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager, Estella, informed us of her rule against slicing or warming bagels. Her tone felt unwelcoming, and the bagels weren’t as good as they used to be. A letdown overall.
