We stopped by the Panda Express at the Bowie Town Center today while in town for our son’s soccer tournament, and we were so impressed by the wonderful service! Anthony helped us at the counter, and he was absolutely fantastic — so kind, friendly, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and that we felt taken care of. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and Anthony’s positive attitude made our quick meal feel extra special. Maria was absolutely horrible to deal with, I was ignored before and well after my pickup time. From such a rude and unwelcoming experience as an online pickup customer, I will not be coming back. We made our stop during the lunch period. The place was hopping with people. There was no clear sign where the line should start. People mingled back and forth pointing at the items behind the glass case. I did not know what items were included in the “2 sides” plate, and the skinny lady behind the counter kept yelling at me to move on and kept telling me that I did not know how to order the “panda” way!!!!!
The rice was dry. The stir fry was bland and cold. Service was non-existent.

Will never order from this location again. Legitimate rip-off. I am completely ok paying the premium (double premium for two servings) for the walnut shrimp but Im not ok getting totally screwed on portion size. I’m paying more FOR the normal portion, how do they not get that? See receipt and photos comparing the shrimp portion (this is TWO portions, by the way) – again factoring in the premium cost – with the other plate.

So far the worst experience i had at Panda Express. None of the team can speak good English to even complain to them. The food quality is zero. Taste raw and not what you expect. My order going straight to the trash. Idk how they get 4 start reviews

Honestly I don’t know what the other people are talking about on the reviews this place a nice and very neat place, I work at sardis chicken and I come here every day to take my break and when I say every day it’s every day I really love the noodles and the sesame chicken I always get the same thing and I’m never disappointed I love panda and always will, all the team members are great the line lady’s and also the cookers ❤️
