Placed an online order on a Tuesday night about 30 minutes in advance of my pick up time. I got to the restaurant and they had not managed to prepare my order in time and they were out of everything. I received my food over 20 minutes late. On top of that they were very stingy with the chicken portion. Fortune cookie for scale. That bowl should not be$10+. For the same price I normally get twice the protein at my local mom and pop take out spot so I’ll be sticking with them.

The food was fine. It’s Panda Express. I am not from the area and drove through at 7:15 with my young kids in the car. I ordered 2 straightforward plates in the drive though and paid at 7:25. They said the chow mein wasn’t ready so told me to drive around and wait on the side of the building. I’m sitting there watching multiple people come in and out of the building. At 7:40 I go in to ask what the deal is. The noodles were ready but now they’re out of shrimp. This goes on for another 10 minutes, running out of one thing while waiting for another. I don’t know what kind of system you are operating on but it’s not working. A handful of folks at waiting similarly in the building but it wasn’t crazy busy. In the end I was given 2 coupons for free bowl with the purchase of another bowl specific to this location (didn’t realize that til I was already home, an hour away). So.. pretty much useless. I know this is fast food and not that serious but waiting 25 minutes for dinner with hungry kids was really irritating and the workers were all really dismissive and unapologetic.

I have used panda express all over the country and one finally opened near me. A bit of a disappointment. I used the app to order. The food was ready but disappointing. The taste was fine but the quantity was poor at best. I am not a big eater but the amount of food in my plate left me still hungry. I had Kung pow chicken and Beijing beef and in each there was only a few pieces of meat. Needless to say I will not be going back.

We have been panda customers for years and it usually does not take this long to serve my food. Although they recently opened, they are very short on staff and very slow. They don’t really know what they’re doing and are taking their sweet old time. The fried rice is burnt and dry, and they didn’t add soy sauce. They also gave me very little chicken for my entree for both of my orders. If you would like to go to a Panda Express, I would not recommend this location.

I’ve seen others reviews about waiting a long time in the drive thru, I didn’t have that experience and it was under 5 minutes.
However they totally skimped on my order. I ordered a big plate which is supposed to come with 3 entrees but only got like 2 entrees worth so I definitely felt cheated. Other locations are way more generous.

There was fast and friendly service. Also, first time I had ever gone to a panda express an employee
was walking around and seeing if anybody needed more sauce or if they wanted fortune cookies. This was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise very pleased with the great service.

I went through the drive-through (seemed to take forever) I ordered white rice, orange chicken & teriyaki chicken. The smell of the teriyaki all the way home was nauseating. I took two bites and I don’t know what that flavor was, but it seemed smoked, and the texture of chicken itself was nasty. The orange chicken wasn’t any better. The rice was hard too. In the trash it all went.

Ordered a bigger plate and the portions are so small it’s as if you ordered a bowl! The service is so bad, slow and the servers are incompetent. I don’t recommend this place at all!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Upland Pottstown branch instead. The service, and food is way better and people are nice, friendly and they have the melon chillers.

Soooo excited to finally see this location being opened! Stopped in after some shopping at the outlets and service was quick! Since they just opened, they told me I could download the app to get a coupon on my order. Food was excellent as usual, and can’t wait to come by again!
