Did a mobile order, sat there waited and finally got my food after asking multiple times. Got my food it’s cold and small portions (compared to Texas). Doesn’t seem the staff here cares about making effort. Will drive further to a different panda. This one isn’t worth it

Waited super long for my order. Usually I don’t mind bc I’m not a jerk. But my spring rolls weren’t very hot. No big deal. The big deal is spending $25 on 2 orders getting like 3 pieces of chicken and a pound of rice. Do better. I won’t be back. I feel like I wasted my money. Maybe this location doesn’t get a lot of business, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have food ready for customers. Now you just lost more business. If I wanted a bowl of rice, I would have made it at home. Oh, and they forgot my fork….

Young african american lady was very helpful and considerate after we were waiting a very long time in the drive through. Have been there about three times and the food is really good. The inside is very clean and stylish plenty of seating, everything is new. I like that you can see the food that you’re ordering. The staff has always been very nice and working hard. The thing that I noticed is it takes one cook a long time to prepare one item in the cooking area that is in transferred to the presentation area in a round metal bowl for customers to choose from. They have a drive-through and they also have a very steady walk-in business. Last time I was there on a Sunday and when I walked in it wasn’t very busy, but there was a lot of main dishes that were almost empty so I had to wait about 20 or 25 minutes For them to prepare two bowls of fresh pepper, chicken, and sesame chicken. There was a shift manager who helped cook the food as there was only one other person doing the cooking. When it gets busy, I noticed that is it takes time for one cook to replenish the food, especially with the drive-through and people walking in. Because the food on display is also being used for the drive-through the popular items go very quick and get depleted. This location has good service and great food. They seem to give very good portions. If you’re ordering the bowl with one entrée and one side choice it can feed one person easily and possibly two people. The Plate comes with the two entrées and one side and can easily feed two people. Choosing the bigger plate will easily feed two people or more. I feel like the plate or bigger plate or a great value especially if two people are sharing. I would order three of the bigger plates versus the family meal. You’ll get it about the same amount of food just a little bit cheaper and you’ll have more choices of entrees and sides. Highly recommend this place. Delicious American Chinese food.

This Panda Express NEVER misses. Everyone is always nice and welcoming and the food is consistently delicious no matter what time of day or day of week we come. We have been going to this specific location for years and have always had a great experience but tonight is unlike others, Adam was exceptionally nice and had amazing customer service. He was calm even though it was pretty busy. Everyone worked as a team and I left out with my food smiling! Great team of employees here!

Panda is great for a quick stop. Get something delicious to eat. Firecracker shrimp and Beijing beef are two stand outs for me. Depending on time you come, your servings might be a little light or just right.

Went through the drive thru ordered 2 items on the menu wanted 20 minutes, after they only gave us one meal. Later their manager on shift couldn’t support me in any of my ask (Daniel), till an employee on shift steered him in the correct direction.
This place is horrible at the end of the day took a whole hour to get my food. While other people were also having trouble and reminding staff about their food they already paid for.

I ordered online for pick up at 6:30. Got there at 6:45 and foods not ready because they ran out of everything. If you ran out of food how do you accept the order? Waited super long and food is still not ready. It is now past 7pm. Unreal.

This location is terrible, I’ve been there 3 times and I always have to wait for what I ask for most of the items are always empty, then when I do finally get my food it’s like a pound of rice and very little protein, I always leave there feeling like I got taken advantage of 3 times is more than enough. Every other location I have been too has been great
