RIDICULOUS! I ordered for pick up at 8:50 pm. Food said to be ready by 9:25 pm. Why is my husband still waiting there past closing time? … like make that make sense… literally only ONE guy there was helpful. He had to remind everyone else of the food and orders… that literally doesn’t make sense. Then I said okay cancel my order, issue a refund. All of sudden my order is ready and a text was received. My husband waited over an hour for our food.. like NO. You waited till closing time to finally provide the last item while the remaining items have sat there for over a hour… Then one of them tells my husband they cannot issue a refund in the store…? That I have to do it online.. I don’t have an account. I couldn’t cancel it. Literally Google says to contact the store directly to cancel…! Then we had to wait for the manager. Then they said their establishment is closed. They won’t be able to start the refund till tomorrow.. only for me to call the store directly and have someone else tell me the return has been processed and I will received the refund in 1-3 business days. Like this was so unnecessary and ruined our whole evening.

So i order a pickup order which is to be ready by 6:15p. I get there at 6:05p & decide to sit and wait for my food. As im there for a total of 40minutes all that I witness is the manager kathline yelling at the employees. She continues to question them, berate them , yell at them all the while she is serving food for customers. Slappig the food into containers as she is yelling. The restaurant is busy and she is carrying on this way. Luckily after about 15 minutes of her arguing the one that seemed to be the main target of her tirade answers back saying he’s working hard ( from what I noticed he was on the move the entire time clearly working) and if she didnt believe him to check the cameras. She must’ve noticed i was actively watching that at one point she goes into the back to continue arguing with others. I sat there that whole time & my order had been sitting on a shelf & was never registered on GH my food was ready for pick up . Maybe because instead of getting orders out the manager was busy arguing & micromanaging clearly the wrong issues. The young man reminded me of my 22 yr old son& so I had to address kathline. I attempted to be respectful but she immediately got defensive & blamed her ” incompetent emplyees” as I told her I would pay to catch a manager berating & embarrassing my son in public at his work place. As a manager she should have made the conscious decision initially taking the matter to the back of the store & not subject customers to all that arguing & negativity. She refused to take accountability for her poor managing skills & attempted to blame again her “incompetent employees” i suggested to her that maybe she should ask the owner for more help in what was clearly a very busy location. Or maybe get some professional development on proper management skills. Kathline then clearly showed her very condescending ways when she assumed I was a driver instead of a customer. When she started with ” listen u a driver right?!?!…” and quickly quieted when I said “no honey im a customer which enjoys writing reviews & im telling you now im writing one on you.” She attempted to retort but I refused to listen. There’s no excusing this behavior whether the emplyee did wrong or not.like I told her if I had to listen to you yell at me all day I wouldn’t do anything right for you either. Employees go the extra mile for emplyers who care. I applauded the young man as I walked out & reminded him no one should speak to him in that fashion in ANY work place. And no kathline im not a driver or delivery person, im a Behavioral Therapist and retired educator of 29 years. And your behavior was inexcusable and unacceptable. You need help. The food was good but I should not have been waiting for over 40 minutes for food that had been sitting on a shelf for however long.
Kathline get rid of the arguing and focus on your job. Putting together our food customers dining in should not have to sit through that behavior. I witnessed many people shake their heads as they walked out. And honestly, as a fellow Latina i was disgusted that she was a representation of Latinos in that very commercial area. Kathline needs to get another job or own her own business. Minus her the food was very tasty. Cold by the time i got in my hands but once I reached home and warmed it, it did its job.

Place should be called Panhandle Express. Every time there’s someone outside panhandling. Not a great look. Makes you want to go elsewhere. The management allows begging at the front door and inside the store. I’m tired of going in to get food and have someone inside begging. I understand the homeless plight, but this makes for an unpleasant experience. Especially when St. John’s soup kitchen is just 3 blocks away with really good food. It’s a shame the management just doesn’t care.

This was my first time trying Panda Express, and I was very impressed! The food was fresh, hot, and ready super fast. The staff listened to my request and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Portions were generous, and I felt like I got plenty of food for the money I spent. I visited on a Sunday, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

I usually like Panda Express and this outlet newly opened up! It is very close to my school and home so I finally ordered veggie spring rolls and a bowl with noodles, fried rice, and black pepper chicken. I’ve had the same items before so I know they taste good. But these were just not good. The noodles felt so bland and chewy, the rice was okay and the chicken tasted so weird. I couldn’t finish it and now I’m just disappointed 🙁

My co worker and I go there for lunch sometimes. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is slow. The pick up is ridiculous, but I definitely recommend.

In midday, the rice was soooo dry, noodles were hard and the chicken had absolutely no sauce. The server THREW the rice and noodles food in the container before I told her. We had to back up.
Nice atmosphere!!!! OVERRATED.

Less than a month open and there’s already instances of food contamination. Nothing kills an appetite faster than finding hair in your food.
