Ordered take out. Arrived there and waited in line for 5 minutes before being helped. Cashier ringing people up looked me in my eyes and still helped others who just arrived at the register. I had to insert myself in line since there is no real line for online pickup. I get home to check my food (my mistake) only to find scarce amounts of meat. For this picture, I ordered 2 servings of honey sesame chicken along with brown rice. I tried calling several times with no answer. Won’t be going back.

had to wait two hours for my order the food here taste fine, but the service is really slow and the manager is useless. He stands around and allows the employees to be swamped with orders and customers. They really need to get a new manager here because he is just a waste of space and oxygen.

I order chicken teriyaki cub meal for my kids online. I went to the store to pick it up on time scheduled but waited for 20 min extra. Top of that, when I came home with a meal, no chicken in meal. Try to call them no one to pick up the phone. Very poor customer service, people waiting in long queue for order there and also online orders not ready.

I am very disappointed with this branch of panda express. I ordered home delivery because I was late from work and very tired. I ordered large black pepper chicken and kung pao Chicken from panda express and have some leftover pasta in my refrigerator. But when I open the box it was half empty. Give us medium quantity food in a full-size box. I don’t like this marketing strategy. sharing some pictures hoping the branch manager will improve the service.

This location is very poorly managed and run. I work within 10 minutes of their store and have ordered lunch roughly once a week there the past month or two. Each time whenever I preselect a time for pick up, they never have the food ready when I arrive. I head to the register at the time the food is supposed to be ready, only for them to just start making the order, and that’s conveniently when they realize they need to prepare more of at least one of my items. I don’t believe I’ve actually had my food in hand less than 10 minutes after the pick up time that I arranged on. As well, they rarely follow any of the instructions I type into the notes field while ordering, so I suppose I’ve just been wasting my time typing any of that. Despite all that, if the employees there were actually kind, or apologetic for this, I really wouldn’t take to writing this review. However, the same woman at the front register every time I’m there looks at me as though I’ve distirbed her and bothered her when she rudely asks “What do you want?” I’ve brushed it off many times, I’ve continued to give the location chances as the food really is good, but I can’t keep going with these issues persisting for as long as they have.

Quick Chinese food served hot and fresh. The fried rice was great and the entrees (orange chicken & spicy chicken dish-forgot the name) was great too. Good to come here when their busy to ensure they change out the food trays with fresh hot food.
