Just tried them for the first time last week. We loved it so much we ordered again tonight! I love love LOVE the tofu veggie soup! Staff are great and very patient (even if you get confused), super helpful. Highly recommended!

This place is always amazing. I used to go here as a kid. And it’s still running smoothly, although it’s more geared towards delivery and pick up since Covid. The food is always so good! You can never miss! Please, if you want good Chinese cuisine, order from here!

I first dined in approximately 5 months ago, ordering the mooshi beef and, at the suggestion of Patrick, the server, a bottle of the Chinese beer. Sadly, my card was declined due to another fraudulent charge to my account as I am a victim of identity theft after being robbed more than a year ago. I apologized to Patrick, stating that I would provide the owner with a copy of my driver’s license and make payment when able. He said that he would pay for me. I thanked him and informed him that I would pay him back, to which he responded that I need not do so. This restaurant charges for additional mooshi pancakes, something which I and others find appalling! Last night, I ordered the egg drop soup. Patrick again was the server and said that his boss doesn’t like small orders! I responded too bad. Patrick had told me two weeks ago that although he works everyday, all day, except Tuesdays as they are closed, he does not make much money. Apparently, he is the only server. When I also ordered a beer last night, I was absolutely disgusted and appalled when he returned stating that his boss wanted me to pay first because I didn’t last time, especially as Patrick had told me back then that it was between us only! As a businesswoman and a former health-care professional, I find this establishment to be unethical, unprofessional and a sad excuse of a business. Never again shall I be a customer here.

The chow fun noodles were a bit over cooked, and there were not a lot of vegetables. The chicken with string beans was ok. I wouldn’t eat here again when there are much better Chinese restaurants in town.

Not terrible, but not good either. My beef fried rice was fairly bland, and the beef was not a good texture – kind of mushy. My partner’s Szechuan tofu was also bland and mushy, but fine.

One of the best Chinese food in town. Especially the sour soup beef and spicy chicken

Best Chinese food in Amherst downtown. The authentic Pork Shredded in Beijing Sauce are not found in any other Chinese restaurant! Mapo Tofu is another dish I highly recommend. The spiciness of the Szechuan food here is just as it should be.
Besides, the service is now very satisfactory, the waiters are friendly and attentive to customers’ needs.

One of their stuff is very rude. The old guy gave me a weird stare and kept on asking for tip even though their service was really bad. We did not get the drink we asked for, and they were very late in giving food. I am never going back to this place.

I don’t know why all these local guides are leaving bad reviews, but after the manager changed for Panda East, the service is now at a way higher level, not to mention the food is amazing, the fish they use is so fresh for example, def recommend!

I used to go here all the time. Haven’t been in a long time. I ordered sesame chicken, I got orange chicken. I ate it but it wasn’t what I ordered. Also the sauce for the scallion pancakes was nothing but soy. No ginger, nothing. Boo. Not nearly as good as it was in the 1990’s or early 2010’s. Sad. I’ll try again in few decades.
