I ordered a half chicken with shrimp fried rice… I got a quarter size half chicken and 5 shrimp in a bunch of rice for$13.40… see the 5 shrimp in the corner.. that’s how much space it took up.. at first… I couldn’t even find them…. Plenty of rice… of course… lacking in the other ingredients….
I forgot to mention…my chicken… I asked for it well done..crispy…not xtra, xtra, xtra crispy… in fact… they gave me ch-acon…chicken cooked like bacon…you can see.. everything was cooked HHHAAARRRRDDDDDD…well I never had an issue with Panda House before.. usually they’re on point with everything I ordered.. but now…and the guy wanted to cuss me out cause I called about the shrimp.. couldn’t find buried under all that rice…well…won’t see me for awhile….check you good after you purchase..especially delivery orders.. and by the way… the delivery driver…he’s the best .

I was waiting for the train to take me so I stopped by Panda for food and I ordered the chicken lo mein and asked to substitute fried rice for flat noodles and gave me the wrong order. I was very upset about it.

This spot has it’s up and downs like some other spots, the boneless spare ribs is better off the way they make it instead of extra sauce cuz it just tasted like a jar of hoison sauce. Shrimp and broccoli was good I asked for extra sauce on side.

Look I come here often and the food is great. To the reviewers saying the service is bad I haven’t had that experience so I can’t say that. I frequent this place and it’s always hey how are you my friend and what’s my order. Never had an issue with service so I can’t call it. Respect goes both ways and I wouldn’t frequent this place if I wasn’t treated good. ♂️

I am not sure why these place of business is still here, this man is running a bad business here, with customer service that is out of control, someone should definitely check in and report this restaurant immediately. He doesn’t care about anyone in this location. I was told if I order again my food would be spit in (shocking), all because I needed more ketchup !?
Due to him not putting any ketchup on top. I gave him back sauce that wasn’t needed to get ketchup back, however he decided to tell me how much he spent for the box of ketchup instead of giving me ketchup for my order. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone not even the local hotel that’s near. Simple fries and chicken however was NOT GOOD!!
