I ordered chicken and broccoli. It tasted like cleaning supplies. I should have read the reviews before going there. I spit the food out and won’t finish it. Plus the chicken tasted too rubbery. And I was hungry too! Really unfortunate because its near my house.

I made a formal complaint to Beyond Menu because they refused to follow my delivery instructions, and canceled my order. This is not how you keep customers. Furthermore you don’t know if someone is struggling with an illness or disability and needs their food delivered STRAIGHT to their door. Customer Service fail!

Very rude staff. Yelled at me on the phone because the secretary at work was on the phone with someone when she came to deliver the food and didn’t immediately attend to her. Then yelled at me again when I called the establishment to complain.
