Went in to buy a lengua burrito on 11/29/25 with no rice when I got home there was a thin piece of metal wire in it I went back the next day with the burrito to show them and they said I must have put it in the burrito my self and then they said that they don’t even cook there lengua that way the cashier was extremely rude I ask for the manager and she refused to give me any info BE CAREFUL WHAT U EAT THERE

Really great food at a reasonable price. Fun atmosphere with good music and a great movie (it was Harry Potter). Plus they had a great bar for the salsas and sides! And FREE chips. You can’t go wrong 🙂

Food was good, their smothered burrito is really good.
Loved that they have chips for free.
Went around 12:00 am, I know it was late but the girl in front was using her phone the whole time, and then touching our food and plates
Nobody wear gloves here, which makes me think they don’t care about health aspects.

First off, this place goes above and beyond for their customers. The service I have gotten from this place has been top notch. In person or through a food delivery service they have always been on point. I definitely recommend Panchos to anyone who wants a good taste of Mexican food. Fairly quaint Mexican restaurant, with a nice comforting feel. Great selection of food and very tasty. I had the chicken tacos meal and my wife went with shrimp tacos. Both were delicious, but unfortunately, nothing special to set it apart from other Mexican food restaurants in the area. Will go back again and sample other items. The meat nacho fries are something I want to try next time, fries with cheese sauce and bacon. Yum!

Food was not good, very little meat in my taco and enchilada. The taquitos their signature dish was horrible over cooked and again a sliver of meat so small it was vaporized by how long they cooked it. PASS on this place But service was great and very clean. There are 1000 better places even Cafe Rio or Costa Vida have this place beat.
