An excellent experience in aisian style cuisine. My kids love this style of food and we saw that it was highly rated online. Great atmosphere. We loved the taps style eating to get a more full experience of the menu. Great beers and cocktails too. Lastly enjoyed the tai tea creme brule, the we have never experienced before. Get reservations ahead of time.
Try the lamb lollipops, pork belly, chicken skins, wings, sizzle chicken with noodle, and brisket fried rice.. down it all with a beer and you good!

Location: 8 east is located on the second floor of Circa Resort & Casino on Fremont St.

Parking: $15 to park for 0-3 hours at the Mahal parking garage. You will cross the bridge from the parking garage to the casino. Security will check ID as Circa is a 21+ establishment.

Dishes ordered:
– green beans
– pork belly baos
– brisket fried rice
– sizzling shrimp
– Thai tea creme brulee
– Asian tiramisu

This was plenty of food for two people. The dishes came out pretty quick once we put in our order. The food was good because we were both pretty hungry. The only dishes that were memorable for us was the sizzling shrimp & bok choy and brisket fried rice.

Cost: $111 with tip and tax for 6 items.

My husband and I dined here because we had AMEX Resy credits to utilize. This helped us lower our overall out of pocket expense. Given the cost of parking and not all dishes were memorable, I’m not sure I’d return again. You are able to get better bang for your buck on Chinese / pan Asian food in Chinatown. This was pricey for the portion food that was offered.

Better than the spot I go to in my hometown. Really really good. They brought it out as it was ready which I was a fan of. The decor is it’s in a busy location but the food is worth it. The lamb lollipops were perfect and had a nice kick. The brisket fried rice was soooo gas. We also had the peanut sesame noodles which were banging. Make sure to try a few different things.

Stopped in for a later dinner, around 9pm and had to wait about 10 minutes. I was worried that we’d have to wait longer so this was perfectly fine.
The food was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. We had popcorn chicken skins, mushrooms, fried noodles, a green bean dish, and I believe pad thai.
Server and staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing meal at 8 East in Circa. The food was phenomenal from start to finish. We shared the chicken wings and short rib dumplings between the three of us — both were perfect appetizers and full of flavor.

For mains, I had the ramen, and it was outstanding. The broth was one of the best I’ve had in Vegas, rich and flavorful, and the pork belly — more like thick, melt-in-your-mouth bacon — was absolutely delicious in the bowl. One friend had the brisket fried rice and really enjoyed it as well.

For three people, the total came to around $100, which felt extremely reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend 8 East if you’re at Circa and want a fantastic meal without the crazy Strip price tag.

Had an amazing dining experience at 8 East! The flavors were incredible from start to finish. We had the pork buns, soft and savory, the ramen was rich and comforting, and the steak fried rice was perfectly seasoned. To top it all off, the Thai tea creme brulee was the perfect balance of unique and delicious.

Special shout out to Ricardo for his outstanding service, attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and great hospitality!

This restaurant is on the second floor of the Fremont, tucked away in a corner. But I think it’s worth seeking out if you’re craving some mid-budget Asian food. The cocktail and bao buns were delicious. The cucumber salad was decent, a little too watery. The bartender was really nice and I liked the atmosphere.

Wow delicious food, excellent service, bar tender gives right away suggestions and alternative for vegetarian dishes, menu is small the way I like it , food is fresh and tasty. Lots of cooks in the kitchen. Quick service. I had ramen with mushroom, bok choy, tofu, egg $20. Husband had fried rice with brisket $22. Very satisfying. Restaurant is on second floor in Circa Casino, in the back, small place, adults only. Make reservations: it’s busy. I’ll be going back for sure.

I love 8 east. I work at the tattoo shop across from circa so I come into here to grab a quick meal quite often.
The steak salad is my newest addiction! It is the best salad I’ve ever had on Fremont street.
