I’m local and just now tried Pancho’s for the first time. My son and I tried their quesabirria tacos, beef nachos and a dessert cake they had by the register. The quesabirria tacos were very tasty, had great flavor on corn tortillas. I added cilantro and onions to the basic order. The nachos were really good as well with the standard toppings. My son and I finished our plates. The dessert cake was really good as well, great flavor (I didn’t get the name of it).
The restaurant is well organized and decorated. I just wish they had indoor seating as it was raining when I came. Will definitely be eating here again.

Very fast service. Food was very good and flavorful. We stopped for lunch and was able to get our food fast. We are at the tables outdoors. It would be nice for a seating area to eat indoors. The pictures on the walls were very creative and nice to look at. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The parking area was clean and convenient to the restaurant. We would definitely go back here for fast, good, and affordable food.

Everything they served looked absolutely delicious. They make everything assembly line style in front of you. The employees are fast and courteous, service with a smile. They also don’t skimp on the meats or the ingredients. You can tell the chunky guacamole is made in house and not store bought. So good, I’ll definitely be returning often!

Talk about gem in the middle of nowhere! Guy running it was insanely nice, incredible customer service for starts, and then comes the food…..Now I’m a bigger dude so I ordered the Trojan special Texas (shrimp, steak, and chicken) topped with an egg, and the amount of food I got was insane! Absolutely filling and tastes amazing. Best part though?….For that special, a small order of street corn and an XL drink it was 22 bucks and no forced tipping. Ladies and gents THAT is how a business is done.

This was my first visit to Panchos and it definitely won’t be the last. This nachos Supreme was only $10 and it came with a tea. You can’t beat it. Very generous portions. Thanks Panchos for my delicious lunch.
