Stopped here on our way back from shopping in the Bedford/Lynchburg area. Amazing food. Portions are insanely big. Frankly 2 of us should’ve split an entree. Everyone was very attentive and checked on us. Food came out super quick and sizzling. Chips were hot and delicious. We ordered queso and guacamole dip and both bowls were overflowing. We will definitely come out of our way to come back here! Restaurant was clean and not too busy for a Saturday evening.

This place used to be great! The first time when we went, we had an excellent experience. The food was great and services was par. This was about 2 years ago. We went a few times after that and the experience continued to decline. The most recent experience has put an end to any further plans for going back. During our most recent visit, the server could not understand the most basic english. We asked for water with no ice which he got incorrect. Every item thereafter was also incorrect. We are vegetarian and emphasized it on multiple attempts given the broken English from the server. However, they still managed to mess up the order. When we asked for the manager, he failed to recognize his employee’s mistake and instead said “we have issues with Indians like you”. The racist comment was unprofessional and unwarranted. We are understanding of new staff limitations, but the manager failing to apologize for the poor service, and more importantly for the racist comment. This has put an end to any further plans of returning to this place.
PS: When the check came out, the manager goes on to charge us twice for the incorrect items his staff had to remake. The audacity for a restaurant owner to keep a staff like this warrants I make this post so no one else has to experience this in the future.

Came yesterday for lunch for the buffet had to wait in line because employees were eating on the clock. My wife and I ate and we had our daughter with us. She had one chicken wing and a 1/4 slice of orange they charged us nine dollars for a child size buffet after bringing us our first ticket with out it on it. Manger made waitress add kid she is two years old after and that’s after the waitress told me that it’ll be fine. Very unprofessional throughout the whole experience will not recommend to eat here.

Save your money unless you enjoy food that is so salty it burns your mouth. Yes salt not spicy. It was so salty it was almost as if they had a disgruntled employee or some kid in the kitchen that played a prank. I will never go there again. Our server was great but I told him he needed to have a little chat with the kitchen crew and tell them there’s a salt shaker on the table if people want more salt and he just smiled and acted like he didn’t give a damn. I tipped him 20% because he did his job it wasn’t his fault but again there are plenty of much better Mexican restaurants in the area don’t need to go there! .

No matter the location, the quality is always amazing. Got the Guadalajara Special was amazing. Closest thing to a sampler platter. Dinner for two was two massive dishes that, with tip, only came to $42. Budget prices but not budget flavor. If you see a Pancho’s, pull in, it is always gonna be a good meal!
