This by far the worst one I’ve been to. CF is much better. I still go here every now and then because I like the food but it’s about a 50/50 shot that they have all the ingredients that you want. Well today was it for me. They didn’t bother mixing the ingredients with the tool they’re provided with. They just used the wrapping to move it around a bit. I get home and about 3/4 the way through my burrito I have a 3/4 inch bone jammed in the roof of my mouth. I will never go back to that location and will discourage everyone I see from going there as well.

This was my first time at Pancheros. It was not a great experience to say the least. The restaurant was relatively clean. However, one of the big problems was with the service. The workers messed around in the middle of making our food and did not make eye contact at all. When they finally did talk to the customers they mumbled and didn’t listen well, leaving myself and others having to repeat things often. In addition to the staff’s behavior, the food portions were way miniscule compared to the pictures on the menu and upon biting into it some of the food was cold and underdone. These are the key things that define a fast food service. If you aren’t at least able to show a good service then be able to make your food correctly. Some of the workers I was referring to are in the third picture.

Both managers apparently are off by like 4, leaving the night employees to pretty much do whatever they want. And whatever they want is to stop making any new ingredients give hours before closing which constantly leaves them out of popular ingredients, sometimes out of several ingredients. Employees are inattentive, and don’t care. I was showing one employee the order on my phone and before I had pulled it up, he just walked away from me. It took me three days to get a refund for an online order because the managers are only there for the first half of the day.

Came to this particular location while on vacation. I ordered online 10 minutes in advance. Upon arrival, my order had not been started yet, defeating the purpose of ordering online. Several other people were also waiting for food. After waiting another 10 minutes, we got our food. Sides of rice were not filled- I asked if they could fill more and they did. Also out of guacamole (main reason I came, bummer) but subbed out for beans. We decided to eat in restaurant since we were starved and had to wait so long. Employees were nice, but were all young and very immature. Looked stoned and out of it. They were running in and out of restaurant and to the establishment next door while we were eating. Talking on the phone behind the food counter. Food tasted good though, no complaints on that. Wish we would have went elsewhere. Had I known, I would not have ordered online, but was stuck since I already paid. Would not recommend coming to this location at all. Looks like other reviewers had similar experience.

My first time coming to Pancheros left a lot to be desired. On a positive note, the size of the burrito was great, it is inexpensive, and they have a wide selection of toppings to choose from. Unfortunately, the burrito was only warm at best. The staff also looked completely out of it and nobody seemed excited to work there.

Error was made with charges, asked politely it be corrected. Staff incredibly rude and adjustment in bill still was not correct. Given the uncomfortableness and staff behavior I didn’t feel comfortable remaining in that environment. Absolutely terrible customer service, only one staff was acceptable in terms of customer service.

This isn’t a review, per se, but I am about to move to Waterloo and have been looking for good places to eat and this place looked interesting. After reading these reviews, though, I won’t be trying their food unless something drastic happens to fix the issues that I’m seeing. I mean, some of the things people were complaining about 7 and 8 months ago are still being mentioned in the reviews and that’s just really unacceptable; the owners just seem to not care.

This store has gone completely down the crapper. It was filthy. Whole ordering food I couldn’t help but notice the “sneeze guard” was covered in food splatters. It looked as if they hadn’t cleaned it in weeks. The person preparing my order barely said two words to me. I stopped for lunch fairly early, but even so, the pico and corn salsa were almost gone, the hot sauce was almost empty which resulted in me having to ask for a couple extra scoops. Totally disappointed.

I was there yesterday. The staff very unprofessional to say the least. Tried getting my order across, as they were conversating to eachother. As if there was no customers in the restaurant. No rice, everything looked dried out and the burrito was cold. The portion was mediocre.
