Stopped in here on the way back to the hotel. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. It was very clean inside. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. There wasn’t much of a selection when we got there because it was later in the day. Donuts are made in front of you. It was cool to watch the whole process. We only got the glazed. They were hot and fresh at the time. Tasted delicious.

We’ve had very mixed experiences at this Krispy Kreme. Sometimes everything is great — the donuts are fresh, the staff is friendly, and it feels worth the stop. Other times, though, it’s disappointing.
We ordered the Superhero pack for a Superman fan … but we only got 1 Superman donut. I wish they had told me this and given me the option to choose something else. I likely would have only bought that 1 donut and a mixed box of others.
One issue is staffing. I realize this is a struggle everywhere right now, but even when the shop has no customers inside, it often takes a while before anyone can help. They’re doing *something*, it’s just not serving inside customers.
Staff interactions are hit or miss too — sometimes very friendly and personable, other times just flat and disengaged.
The app is also weird often – I can’t add gift cards anymore, and the other day I tried to place an order with my points and couldn’t make it happen.
That said, we still keep coming back, because when things go well, they really go well – and you can’t get a HOT Krispy Kreme anywhere else and no matter how old I get, I love watching them being iced!
Just wish the service and communication were more consistent.

Sent someone to pick up the TEDDY BEAR WITH COOKIES & KREME and the lady told me that I can’t get the donut because they were saving them for tomorrow yet they had them available. This is poor customer service thy didn’t have the SPRINKLED WITH LOVE WITH BUTTERCREME & SPRINKLES available and the ones they had didn’t look like the advertisement photos not even close

Not a fan of these donuts especially warm. Tastes in food is different for everyone, so hard to say what’s good or bad. These are more a Southern donut I guess, Dunkin is more a northern favorite.

I have had good serive one morning and bad service the next evening. I would suggest going in the morning or not at all. The last time I went in it was in the evening and they put 4 donuts in a 6 donut box, did not give me 14 donuts that I ordered and said they would give me a refund, but they didn’t. Don’t trust them at all, verify your order thoroughly and the coffee was presented in a cold cup when it was a hot coffee. Wish I didn’t order online before going or I would have just refused.

I am not a very happy momma. My daughter is down there visiting due to her husband being in the Marines,while there,she downloaded the app and went to get her free donut,they don’t have much money at the moment,so she was so tickled to get her a donut. While in the drive thru,the lady taking her order got hateful with her,a couple of different times,but the worst was when my daughter said I have the app for a free donut (that’s all she was getting) and the lady said “figures” it broke her heart. My daughter is such a happy child and for her to go from being excited to upset because of the way she was talked to this morning was uncalled for. We have been to quite a few Krispy Kreme’s because of her love for them and it’s always been a positive experience,but she said she won’t go back to this one.

Very nice staff and quick service. We went at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and the donuts were just as fresh as they are in the morning. Extremely clean, and lots of choices of donuts. Call ahead to find out what time they make the donuts as they have the open glass so that children can watch.

We placed a mobile order to get their dozen assorted and $2 dozen glazed deal (only available on the app this weekend). We get there after driving 20 minutes to find out all they have are glazed and kreme filled. There were no other options to substitute with either, just more glazed or kreme filled. We just ended up getting a refund instead. Very frustrating as we don’t get donuts here often due to the price and walked out with nothing.
