I came to Pancheros for the first time and had a great experience. I really like that they let you get a free side of tortilla if you order a burrito bowl. Their tortillas are made fresh right in front of you, and you can watch them assemble everything as you order. The service was fast and friendly, and everything tasted fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

Stopped here for dinner and it was absolutely dead. We were the only customers which is odd for 6pm, but the food service didn’t suffer because of it. Everything still tasted fresh and not like it was sitting out all day. The only problem was how disgusting the male bathroom was. I did not go into the female bathroom but I can only imagine. For how slow it was you would think the employees would be deep cleaning the bathroom. But you can tell they clearly do not care about the state of the restaurant.

This was my first time visiting, but it won’t be our last. Food was fresh, exactly as ordered and ready quickly. If you’re having a craving for a burrito or taco, this is your place.
We were in a hurry, and I ordered online. It was nice as I could send the menu to all family members and add what they wanted to the order.
The pick up time was in 25 minutes, but I arrived early at 12 minutes and it was ready for us. My only complaint was NO ICE for our drinks. They were )5.90 for two warm sodas. Not at all what we wanted and I should have gotten a refund for this. It was 97’ outside and with spicy food we needed drinks. We went across the street and got the kids shakes instead, but feel we should have declined the drinks that are warm without ice.
Otherwise the experience was good. Ample parking. Plenty of tables if we chose to eat at restaurant, but we took it to go.

Decent place food was okay but very very disappointing and strange to see a so called ‘Mexican grill’ that doesn’t offer onions or cilantro as an option.
Actually it’s almost hilarious as those are two out of the 4 primary ingredients to build a taco so I don’t even understand how this place offers tacos.
I would pick Qdoba or chipotle over Pancheros unless their options improve.

Boring food comes from a boring atmosphere. This was My first trip but I feel the service was a little rude. Coke was either really flat or Diet in the reg dispenser. Chicken was room temp as was the salsa. I did like the music though. And 12 bucks plus tip for good size burrito and soda is not too bad.

First AND LAST time eating at this place. I was looking forward to trying the tortillas and was very disappointed. They were tasteless and tough. I couldn’t pull or tear it apart at all and needed salt. The rest of the food was tasteless as well. They loaded it up with a ton of rice and not much else for toppings. The rice needed salt and I didn’t see ANY cilantro in it. I don’t think the pico had any cilantro either. I ordered online and thought they forgot the vegs until I found 3 pieces of peppers. Such a HUGE disappointment! I will never return nor will I ever recommend it either.

I tried this place out for the first time. I was not very impressed. I chicken was too big and dry, the rice was under cooked, the flavor was lacking, and the hot sauce they have was not hotter then table pepper. Very disappointed, but atleast now, I know to not eat here.

Visited shortly after the opened for the day, Bathroom absolutely disgusting and no soap!
Entire restaurant looked somewhat dirty, food was decent but guacamole was brown. Also didn’t have any of their signature Volcano hot sauce, worker said they ran out. Kind of odd for a shelf stable product of their own brand they could run out of….
