I’ve ordered from here a couple of times. The food is good with high quality ingredients and is well prepared. Their blue tortilla chips are excellent and you get enough cheese for them when you order the queso.

Terrible, this is the second time I have ordered from this location and they completely messed up my order.. I sincerely am beginning to wonder if the staff making the food is capable of basic reading and comprehension skills.. Both of the bowls I ordered did not include the extra meat I paid for, the one had zero cheese even after paying for extra.. The one bowl had the wrong meat entirely and both of them barely had any meat at all. $37 for 2 bowls full of rice, beans, lettuce, and corn salsa. When I called to complain I was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be told there is no manager on duty. What a joke.. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Poorly managed and the staff is fully incompetent!! ZERO STARS!

I’ve never had an issues before I just ordered from here and I got the bowl normal stuff and the veggies in it. The veggies were basically green bell peppers and onions which I don’t mind I like them but they were raw. It’s like they’d been just warmed up and then served. They were giant pieces of raw onion and raw pepper. I had to pick them out because everything just tasted of raw onion. I’ve never had this issues before but it really put me off. I usually always come here not chipotle but now i don’t know if I wanna risk getting chunks of raw onion in my food again.

I ordered a carnitas quesadilla and asked for sour cream and also paid extra for extra sour cream. When I returned home, I noticed there was no sour cream in the bag at all. There was also barely any meat in my quesadilla. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food.

the food at this pancheros itself is absolutely foul and as close at to unedible as it gets. as show i ordered a quesadilla with chicken and got charged for double chicken but didn’t even get the full single serving not to mention the peices of chicken that did find its way in there tasted like dry turkey. To top it off i reached my hand in the chips bag to come to find out there’s just a handful of rock solid stale a** chips. this place BLOWS

Came in and staff just stared at me. Weird. They were unfriendly when I was making my bowl. I was the only one in the store at the time. The bowl itself was actually solid, except they served me stale chips. I choose pancheros over moes specifically because of the blue corn chips. But they were incredible stale. Unfortunate. I usually have good experiences with this chain but this is my first time at this specific store. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

I wish that I hadn’t come here – they gave me like half a spoon of guacamole and a tiny, tiny burrito. Like half the size I just got the other day at Chipotle. I am so upset I am just going to immediately go to Chipotle to get my money’s worth and an amount of food that won’t leave me hungry after I eat it. I really wish I hadn’t come here with the expectation their portions would be normal. Maybe it was just dinner rush but I don’t feel that is acceptable when the food is 13$.

Spent $40 there and barely got any food. The bowl is 1/4 filled. My quesadilla looks like someone sat on it. On the bright side the burrito looks full.
Update…I had to test myself for covid because I couldn’t taste anything. Test was negative everything that we ordered had no flavor, just spicy. Taco bell had more flavor and was cheaper. What a waste of money. 2nd try here will not come again. Don’t waste your time or money.
