Pancheros is an excellent Mexican style restaurant that has good quality ingredients and a broader menu including burritos and bowls. They’re food is high quality and the best part of Pancheros service is that they mix the ingredients added to your bowl or burrito before handing it to you. Theres nothing worse than biting into a full sized burrito and getting a mouthful of sour cream or guacamole. This place is great for semi-fast food preperarion with a comfortable atmosphere. I recommend them! A++

Employees are no help at all, never a manager on duty. Sat in the store for over a hour trying to get a refund because they charged me for extra meat that I did not get. Do not go here. This is not the first mess up. Employee barely spoke any English, so she was just talking in circles. PANCHEROS NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Especially in fridley. I’m so tired of spending money with this company if this is the service they are going to continue to give out. Get it together. The manager was trash too. No help what’s so ever.

I placed an online order for a burrito with chicken, extra steak and in the name/note asking for extra mild ancho salsa on my burrito. I picked up my order and everything was great. Arrived back at work and took 2 bites to realize there is a small amount of salsa and 90% chicken and 10% steak after unrolling the burrito. The lack of salsa made it very dry so it’s now in the trash. I used to really like this place but this has definitely ruined it for me.

I have ordered food for pick up from this location twice, several months apart. I work close by. The first time I was given a door dash order by mistake and it was too late to switch it by the time I realized. I provided my name for pick up and the employee appeared to be reading the tags.The second time I went for lunch, today, I did not get all the toppings I chose for my bowl. I confirmed viay online receipt that I entered it correctly.The food tastes good but I think their processes need refinement.

Another one of my favorite places falling for the trap of preserving profits. Enough rice and beans to feed an army. A pinch of lettuce, a pinch of cheese, a dab of sour cream. Little Carnitas. This rice burrito is not what it used to be.

Wow! So much better than Qdoba and Chipotle put together! Actually tastes like authentic Mexican cuisine. The staff is always very fast and proficient. I love their tofu which is not typically my go-to but here at Pancheros I can’t get enough of it.

The queso was so old and burnt it tasted awful. Portion were small burrito fell apart all around the worst experience I’ve ever had from pancheros. I should have went to Brooklyn park location they never disappoint me!
