I paid extra to have the food delivered. I got a burrito bowl, which normally comes in a bowl, and this is what I received. The food was upside down and the box was opened. The food was also cold and the rice was very hard.

I wanted to like this place. My son raved about it. I went with family and ordered the Carnitas Burrito. I had them put all the toppings on including rice and runny pinto beans. It was neat that they press their own tortillas. However the way they mix all of the toppings in front of you before rolling the burrito with their hands is kinda gross. Id rather have layers. Overall with a lot of tasteless rice it was very bland and a bit soggy. While a lot of food and the staff was nice, it just not very good. If I try it again I WILL NOT get the rice and hopefully it will be better.

Ordered through Uber eats, very, very disappointed… Had to spit out the burrito bowl several times due to grit and gristle in the steak. Was literally inedible. Just gonna throw out the food I paid for, can’t eat it.

I love the fresh pressed tortillas for the burrito and soft shell tacos! We got immediate service when we walked in. They have nice sized “small” soda drinks.

I love Pancheros. I love the food and I crave it often, but I will probably not return to this location which is sad because it’s the closest one to me. Every time I come to this location I am highly disappointed by one issue or another. Food is cold, order is wrong, burritos are NEVER wrapped tightly and they always fall apart. Same with quesadillas. I might as well be ordering bowls. My last visit was this evening. I waited a good awkward 20-30 seconds before any of the employees acknowledged me as they would’ve rather talked amongst themselves. This is a common occurrence also. Service is notoriously slow even when it’s not busy. Understandable as most of them appear to be teenagers and young adults, but highly unacceptable. I myself worked at a Pancheros years ago in a larger city and we were held to a much higher standard than what this location provides. Very sad as employees can make or break a business.

This is my favorite tex/mex, fast food chain. We should have these all over. Much better taste, and quality, as well as quantity of food than Chipotle. The shells are great by themselves. The prices are good too. Here is a picture of my burrito.

Burritos as big as your head! Tortillas pressed and warmed right before they make it. Get it in a bowl if yer counting carbs.
Staff competent. Manager seems to always be willing to help staff learn best way to do things without making you or the staff uncomfortable..
