The girl making our order walk in with the most rowdy face, put barely anything on all of our burritos. The amount of complaints she had was crazy. Under no circumstances should she be treating the customers like that. It was not worth 35 bucks.

Staff was visibly annoyed that I asked for 5 meals togo, I’ve never been there before asked for the things like “steak quesadilla” “chicken burrito” etc. Come to find out they cooked and wrapped everything without asking about veggies or anything. Normally I would say something and have it remade but long line and the 20 year old girls just rang everything up and I was so angry I had to just leave. I’m sure their days were hard just trying to help out my third trimester wife after working over 12 hours my bad! Thanks though I come to tbk twice a week and sometimes grab takeout and never will from here again.

Skimpy serving sizes. Ask for double steak and get regular yet still charged. Ask for rice and get half a scoop (including in my bowl). Ask for both beans (FULL SCOOP) and got barely anything. Burritos were barely even full. Beyond disappointed. Only thing that was actually fulfilled was my chips and queso. Unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management.

For the love of god, bring back the original pancheros hot sauce from Iowa City. Seriously, the hot sauce tastes like burnt bbq sauce…total el crapola. No body likes it. Nobody! They went corporate and went down the pooper.
