First visit here this year. The food is still great quality but I do have to agree with other reviews that it is a bit greasy. The waitress was very helpful and nice. I tried their craft root beer and while I liked it, it might not be everyone’s choice because it has a strong molasses taste and possibly a little bit of sassafras. In other words, a definite old fashioned root beer from the past century. My partner had their smash burger and spicy cheese bites and both were excellent in her opinion. I had their pizza burger and onion rings and both were quite tasty. The onion rings were nice and crispy. The only fault I had was the seasoning on my burger seemed to be all concentrated on one half. Hopefully, I have a chance to come back before they close for the season.

We were driving down to Virginia from Michigan and randomly stopped here to try something new with a hometown vibe. Could not recommend this place any more!!!! We all were SHOCKED with how great the food was….and don’t even get me started on the Root-beer!!!!!!

The wife and I both got smash burgers. They basically come with the same toppings. Mustard, onions (which are grilled), cheese, and pickle. Very typical smashburger but tasty. I got crinkle cut fries which are just your very standard run of the mill frozen fry. The wife got onion rings which were the same. If you order a large drink, be forewarned. It’s a small cup even as a large. The food was good. But lots of grease. Your wrappers will be saturated with the grease. If you’re coming here as we did, travelers going through the area. Be advised that they do not do CarHop as it would seem on line. You’ll have to get out and order it the window. it’s a little intimidating sitting in the middle at the picnic tables with cars pulling up within 3 ft of you.

Miller’s Rootbeer Stand is a solid spot to eat. We fed two people with three sides for around $30, which felt like a great deal. The smash burger was delicious, and the beans were seriously good. The mac and cheese was just okay, but overall, we left very happy.

We had two places we wanted to try while in the area for a coney dog. And so we come here for our first time and regretted not having our full meal here. The car hop waitress was super sweet and our Spanish Dog wasn’t a looker but it was delicious!! Before our weekend trip was up we had coneys at two other places and they did not even come close to comparing. When back in the area we will get more here.

Old school vibe where they still hang your tray off the side window. Good BBQ, even though they gave me the pulled pork sandwich instead of the brisket sandwich, I still enjoyed eheck out of it.

If they are open I only try to go on Saturday for lunch they a super slow Even if you call in your order, you show up and you still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get it I feel the food is a little overpriced for what it is also, but it is convenient. It’s a step above fast food

Good food and prices are in line with current market. The double smash burger is nice and big and was cooked as a smash burger should be…not like typical hamburger. The fries were great crinkle cut. Definitely reminds me of the way A&W drive-ins used to be. Carhops and all. Will go again.
