One of the best Pancakes house around this area! Food quality is excellent. There can be lines and long waiting time on the weekends. We had to wait around half hour to receive our food this time, but it is still our favorite brunch spot. My husband loves their crab meat omelettes.

I hadn’t been here for many years and decided to swing into Edmonds for a throwback breakfast. We arrived to a short wait and friendly faces. My fiancé ordered the 7+2 with sourdough pancakes. Being from the East coast he is not the biggest fan of sourdough, however he was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the pancakes were. I decided to order the chicken fried steak with biscuits and a side of gravy as my side instead of hash-browns. When the food arrived it was hot and had not been sitting under the heat lamp for a while like most other places we frequent – pleasant surprise. The chicken fried steak, gravy and biscuits were some of the best I’ve ever had. As a person who likes flavor I loved it and would come back for this time and time again.
As a kid we would frequent here regularly and now as an adult we will be coming back and would recommend others do as well. Great job Pancake Haus I hope to see more of you!

When our friends suggested the Pancake Haus for lunch, I was uncertain given that its name suggests breakfast fare. However, it was a very enjoyable experience for both breakfast AND lunch as I soon learned. Tucked away in a tiny strip mall, you probably wouldn’t know it was there unless you learned about it from a friend or a Google recommendation. It offers great breakfast items but also very good diner-style food. My daughter had chocolate chip pancakes and raved about them. Her friend had the chicken strips and fries and love it. I had the French dip with cheddar and a bowl of baked potato soup and was truly surprised at how good it all was. The staff was friendly and attentive despite the lunch crowd. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, but it didn’t feel interminable. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced lunch option in Edmonds, Washington, do consider the Pancake Haus. You won’t regret it.

Cute place, nice waitress, but otherwise disappointing. The vegetable omelette was bland and the eggs were rubbery. The hash brown was very plain as well. It also took a really long time for the food to come even though it wasn’t that busy. At least it was a good serving size. Oh, and the young lady who brought water to the table (not the waitress) grabbed the cups by the top, putting her hands all over the rim. Not a good experience.

First time here and definitely not my last. I highly recommend this restaurant.. I ordered the pancakes, scrambled eggs and coffee number six on the specials menu. Very clean inside. It was extremely busy, I can see why. Great customer service, great prices, great ambience. Well worth it. Well kept secret.

I had a wonderful stop. Strawberry waffle was great, and I asked for super crispy bacon and it was perfect. I’m going to make a point of visiting more often… oh.. the coffee refill was well timed too.

I wanted to love it or even like it, but my food was not great. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was bland and almost no sausage in it. The hollandaise sauce was separates and tasted off. I guess, if you’re going to Pancake Haus, get the pancakes.

This place is a good old-fashioned diner food. It is better than Dennys food, sure. I had a club sandwich, and my husband had a classic 2 egg breakfast. It was good.
