This is a real hole-in-the-wall kind of place, catering to the Hispanic community. Not much English is spoken here, but the food speaks for itself. Having spent years in Texas and Southern California, I’m a pretty good judge of authentic Mexican cuisine. This is pretty good. I seriously felt that I could have been in a small mom and pop place in old Tijuana (in the 70’s.)
Most people will find their salsa excellent. It’s much better than I have found in larger restaurants. The tacos (not American style) were pretty good, but the meat was bland. My wife had fajitas, and they were excellent. Water is via a bottle, and we were the only people eating inside. Outside has a couple of tables, mostly for take-out order waiting.
I’m not sure we will go back, but not suggesting anyone wouldn’t be pleased they gave them a try.

Friendly small family owned restaurant. The food is delicious and the cook makes it all from scratch. Service is was little slow but it gave is family time for a chat. I could tell the owner gives her best to her customers. She made shrimp tacos for me even though it is not a standard item. Thank you!

Super amazing hidden gem! Food is fantastic and the atmosphere is too! Everything is made from scratch, even the chips! (So don’t get upset when you have to wait just a little longer than normal it’s so worth it)
I can’t say this very often, this is by far one of the best places I have eaten in over 4 years!

Very friendly family as owners and operators. Empanadas, gorditas, and tacos are excellent and very affordable. If you don’t know what these first two are or if you’ve never had an authentic taco, then you’ve got to get over here and try them. Just a very, very simple dining room but a kitchen full of smiles.

Had their asada taco which was amazing, well seasoned and delicious. I also bought a pineapple cake and it was so moist and delicious, especially with the little chunks of pineapple throughout. Highly recommended, my taco spot. Highly recommended!

Authentic Mexican Food, we found this spot a couple days ago and we have been going everyday. We have tried the tamales they make on Saturdays, Menudo they make on Sundays, tacos, sopes and pan dulce! They have all been delicious! Great Prices! Owners are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Some of the best tacos in Columbus! Their al pastor tacos are my favorite. Get them with plenty of salsa roja and salsa verde. You will not be disappointed! And grab some pan while you’re there.
