I want to support local so badly but this place makes it so hard! Today there was long black hair engrained in the chicken and unfortunately it’s not the first time. When it happened before we wrote it off as an accident but it’s apparent now that there needs to be some hygiene adjustments when it’s happened twice, and we’ve only ordered a few times. So disappointing!

I ordered a Grubhub order from there and I would recommend to not order there ever to anyone that considers. I ordered three items, received the wrong food (ordered chicken and SNOW PEAS) and received chicken and vegetables. I requested a refund on grubhub and called the place to let them know I got the wrong order, they insisted I only ordered two things – the chicken lo mein and the egg rolls. They literally accused me of lying for the whole time I was on the phone and said I had to take it up with Grubhub not sending the right information. I hung up eventually cause I am not being told I am wrong when I offered to send them a screenshot of the order and even offered to drive there and show them. Guess what, I got a call back telling me they have magically found the order and see I ordered chicken and snow peas bit they were out of snow peas so they threw together vegetables and called it a day. Not once was I informed about that, nor did they apologize for calling me a liar.
I told them I was done with them and they offered they would deliver rice to me since I have asked if it doesn’t automatically come with it. I declined since I was not going to do business with them anymore.
Besides, I took a bite of their chicken in this whole vegetable thing and the chicken tasted bland, the “sauce” they have in this container is just water. I had no desire eating another piece of their food.
If I could I would give 0 stars, especially for customer service.
My boyfriend liked their lo mein that’s why I guess 1 star could be justified. But like I said, HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t come here unless you like bland food and awful customer service.

Beware of thieves. I ordered from the menu on their website and they charge tried to charge me 30% more. I showed them a picture of the prices and they said those are old prices. I told them it’s a crime to advertise one price then charge a different price. Then they lied and said, that price is for a small, your prices are for a large but theid online menu and their website menu has only one price. They think you’re stupid, so, be careful and make sure they’re charging you the right price. Bait and Switch is a crime.
Notify the Massachusetts attorney general and report a crime of Bait and Switch if they charge you the higher price.

I ordered takeout from their website and the general gau was disgusting and very obviously old. The chicken fingers were so chewy I couldn’t swallow it. The shrimp and broccoli had no sauce— only water. Won’t order from them again.

I order dunking noodle and spicy wings. on 10/11/2021 around 9:30 pm.
now its 1:55pm 10/13/2021. just got out of hospital
on the pic you can see i only took 2 bite of wings and maybe 3 bite of noodle. I do believe people make mistake.
Here is the best part of all this. I Just call the store to let them know and what was i got was shocking. not even apology but instead they told me to call health department and call store insurance.
know this fact before you order food from her.

The Food is very BLAND!!!! The menu says Crispy Pad Thai Chicken and the chicken was far from CRISPY!!!! It looked like the chicken was just boiled and thrown under some over cooked noodles and very sad looking vegetables and a few pieces of dried up lemons. I will take the ride to Somerville next time for some good Thai Food
