Honestly, this is one of the best vanilla milkshakes I’ve ever had—and those shoestring fries are to die for!
The young woman at the first window was incredibly polite, and the young man at the end was equally friendly and courteous. A fantastic team and an exceptional product. Highly recommend!

The menu is small but well worth it! The food here tastes AMAZING & the prices are too bad either. We really love eating here when we come to Morristown for our doctor visits. The staff has always been so friendly! One of the quickest places you can get food in Morristown. This place can serve people faster than you can blink. Pal’s is drive through only and has no eat in option. Still worth it!

This place is just a drive thru, where you order at the first window to a person not a speaker! Then drive around to pay. How awesome ! Quick service, food was hot. My first time here, didn’t know what to expect. Got a Pal’s Double with cheese. Ooooh boy. It was good.

This pals location is not as good as the location in the middle of morristown (5/5 amongst a few others)
Still if you are wanting a good burger and fries this is were you should go.
If you don’t know it is a drive through burger joint. It is delicious and spectacular. I would always tell anyone they need it.
P.S. I recommend the cedar rounds all day

Fast service. Our first time at Pals, it was overall good! The burger was MASSIVE!! Ordered a double, but should have got a single, it was HUGE!! The prices were great and the flavors were spot on! Also tried the bbq dog, which was good. The hotdog was yummy, not a huge fan of the consistency of the chili though. The fries were our FAVORITE, they were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and hot. I would go just for the fries again!

I’ve been here a few times and they have never mistaken my complicated orders. Very fast, the hamburgers are great. Thought I would try a chili dog. It was the grossest thing I’ve eaten in a long time. The chili was lukewarm and the pink hot dog underneath was cold. Sorry pals maybe it was just a bad hot dog day.

The food is usually consistent and on par for the Pal’s brand. The cashier was friendly and just doing her job I’m sure but could do without the chit chat about my plans for the month, day and recap of what I’ve done today. Not everyone wants to have a full blown one sided interrogation while waiting for food.

Juicest burger ever for a fast food.
Immiediet food. A single 5$burger filled me up. Their fries are well seasoned and salted. Perfect crunch withiut being too hard. I need one of these near my hometown.
