I have been to Pal’s many times ove the years, can’t say I’ve had a bad experience at one of them, but tonight at the Jonesborough location, everyone was just exceptionally friendly, polite and seemed even more wonderful than usual. Let me take a minute to talk about Pal’s. If you’re from around here and you haven’t heard about ’em… you live under a rock. If you’re new to the area, it’s okay to believe the hype. Pal’s is great! And it’s cheap, like uncomfortably cheap. Like it makes everyone else look like they’re ripping you off! But really, the menu is very simple. Burgers, shakes, fries and dogs. Great breakfast too. The policy here is keep it simple. They’re also very friendly. Like I couldn’t find my bank card and the boss was like, “hey don’t worry about it buddy!” Wow! If you’re around the Tri Cities and yer looking for a good bite on a budget, THIS is the place.

We’ve always heard “when in Kingsport, go to Pal’s!” We finally found ourselves in Kingsport for an event and made our way to the closest one! I see what the fuss is about! Their food was delicious! We tried 3 different burgers (junior, double junior with bacon and cheese, and Big Pal Double with bacon and cheese) with frenchie fries. Everything was so fresh! The frenchie fries were soooo good!

This is a drive thru only. If you drive up and there’s a line around the building dont drive past. They have fairly quickly service. This place has the best fast food burgers I have had in a while. This place has food prices you can be happy about. We loved it so much we had it for lunch and dinner. The hot dogs are nothing special. They have chicken sandwiches too but I didn’t try them. Writing this review makes me want to go back but I’m too far away.
