My fiancé and I just moved into our new place, so I came to pals at 10:00 to get us something to eat not even knowing they closed at 10:00! I thought they closed at 11. So it’s 10:05 and they start preparing fresh food for us even though I told them I totally didn’t mind to go right up the road to Wendy’s so it didn’t have to be any trouble for them. Working retail in the past I know how annoying it is to get those last minute late night customers when you just want to go home, but these people were so gracious to still take care of us! Ordered on the app at Wendy’s. Picked up in the drive through. Fries with no salt. So they will be fresh and hot. Asked for ketchup. Not any in the bag. They were hot with no salt but burnt. Like they took the cold fries and cooked them again. Not even eatable. So I decided to see what Pal’s is all about. Drive through and just ordered fries no salt. That’s how you get good fries. I guess I know where to order all my food around here. At Pal’s. Just needed a couple more ketchup packets.

Overall – Worst drive through experience with customer service I’ve ever experienced. The gentleman that took my order was short and rude with me. I went back through to have my order corrected. I was very nice about it. He told me I would have to pay extra to correct it. My son and I didn’t like the burgers. I ate half of mine and my son ate one bite. We used to enjoy Pal’s, so it’s a bummer for sure for us. We will not be back.

Double with cheese. Too much mayo. Soggy mess. Tomato and onion were produce mush. Wasn’t as good as a previous Pal’s I tried which was as good as the Purple Cow in Kingsport IMO.

10 out of 5 stars. Let me tell you about the first time I seen Heaven and God. As I pulled up to the window of the drive thru I was greeted by one of God’s angels with a smile on her face. She hello may I take your order. I said burger and fries. She reply ok sir please drive around. Keep in mind this building looks smaller than most restrooms. I drove around this other angel said that will be $4.50. I gave him my card he swiped it within a matter of 2 seconds he gave me the card back with a smile and my food. I was trying to look around him to see how in the heck did they make my food so fast. It was so freaking fast. Like seriously only 3 things I know that are that Sonic the hedgehog ( super sonic mode ), the Flash, and God. I knew it couldn’t be the first 2 things because they’re non fiction characters. So I accepted religion and I drove to the parking lot to eat beside it. Grab my fries out first spilling a couple in the bag so you already know the spilled ones get eaten first. When I took that bite…. Oh sweet baby Jesus I had the most amazing thing on this planet. It took me back as a baby when I first tasted what milk was like for the first time. It was the best thing that happen to me since I could breathe. I took a bite of the burger and it took me back even farther. I meet God and saw heaven. The food is so good I literally went back spent well over $65 worth of it. I drove around and the guy said that will be $67.23. I hand him my card….what he did next ( I could have slapped the living fire out of my momma and dead grandma ) he smiled and handed me 7 bags and said have a great day. Everything I ordered was hot and fresh. On everything I love that doesn’t make sense. Laws of Gravity is completely undermined here. Physics is out the window with the hot food. What I have to say is this is the BEST food in the world.
