Just left palominos the day before September 1st. My girl ordered salmon and skirt steak the minute the dish hit the table it was like being in Staten Island in front of fresh kills dump. The rancid smell of fish did not allow me to even eat my dinner which was on the opposite side of the table. It also tastes terrible. I told the waitress what I smelled and tasted and wow she took off the one dish. She should have took off my Dish as well cuz I didn’t eat it. The soup was okay. If you’re asking me stay away from palominos cuz they don’t do enough turnover with their dinners to keep fresh meat and fish in the refrigerator half a star if that. I’m praying my girl is not on the toilet all night

Update: Visited Saturday, August 27, 2022. Brianna the waitress was amazing. 5 stars for Brianna. The food was 3 stars. Ordered Calamari & Mozzarella appetizers. Unfortunately, the Calamari came out with a hair in the dish. They took it away and brought a new dish. Not a big issue for us. The replacement dish was hot and appeared like a fresh replacement dish. Again, unfortunately, it smelled like fish. That’s not a good sign of freshness. Mozzarella was good. Ordered the surf and turf dinner to split since we had 2 appetizers. The steak was marinated in an odd tasting marinade. The meat was tender and it was edible. We just didn’t understand it. The salmon was dry. No good. The mashed potatoes was great and the veggie medley was good.
