One of the best restaurant of Coral Gables without doubts. A bit pricey but price respect the high quality of the dishes and of the staff who is very attentive (at times, even too much). Wine pairing tasting menu is the best choice. Let the chef express him/herself and you get the best out of the restaurant.

I think the entire establishment need some remodeling, it does look a bit heavy and oldish in its complex.

This is an elegant place, I suggest a jacket .

Went with two others to experience their Miami Spice menu ($39/person) which does change throughout the Miami Spice season so you may want to check what they are offering before you go. We all had a phenomenal meal here. Their service is truly above and beyond which compliments your already wonderful dining experience. For appetizers, we tried the beef tartare and the squid ink tortellinis both were delicious but I favored the tortellinis. We requested that our meal be somewhat quick since we had a music show to catch next door and they fulfilled our request by having our entrees/desserts out in speed timing. The entrees we selected were the black cod, the veal chops, and the duck breast. We all agreed that the veal chops were the best and the vegetables served with it the perfect pairing. For dessert, the caramel chocolate mousse served with an espresso ice cream was the rave and I highly recommend it over the other dessert (La Framboise) offered.

Would definitely come back for a special occasion and will be recommending to others looking to experience an extraordinary Miami Spice Menu!

Exceeded our expectations!
We were served by Eduardo (Fontaine restaurant), high class professional and nice person. As to us he reflects the Biltmore image. We think he deserves the encourage from the management.
In addition many thanks to the Chief: steaks were delicious!

My most favorite french restaurant so far in Miami. You can have nuvo cuisine and probably you won’t find many french restaurants that serve nuvo cuisine in Miami! Superb!

Great brunch experience at a unique Coral Gables classic hotel with a lot options that will most certainly satisfy all tastes. You can start with your classic eggs Benedict, sausage and bacon links, stop by the salad buffet or the caviar station, and enjoy unlimited champagne and mimosas.

They recently changed the brunch format, unfortunately, I must say it was a downgrade to the Grand style it had before. The ambiance is lovely though! The views spectacular!

This is my 1st time at the Biltmore brunch. It lived up to all of the hype that I’d heard about it and then some. We started with the caviar bar. 3 different varieties of caviar with different type vehicles to serve them with, and creme fresh and cream cheeses as well to go with it. Delicious!

Since they’re known for their pasta I had some of the ravioli. Very very well prepared for a brunch type serving. No complaints with the pasta bar. I didn’t try the carving stations but they had a just about every type of meats that you’re looking for if that’s what you’re in to.

Afterwards, we hit the breakfast bar just to see what we could sample. Pancakes, eggs Benedict, with truffle oil by the way, French toast, eggs, omelets which you would expect at a breakfast buffet.

We hit the dessert bar last. A sample of lovely bites from lemon merengue pie, to carrot cake, to chocolate mousse. Just about anything your heart desired all in small simple bite sized treats so that you could sample as many of these as you still had room left for.

What’s a branch without Champaign, mimosas, and bloody marys. They offer all of these and then some. The champagne is real champagne, not sparkling wine or prosecco which you find in most buffets. You also had a variety of different other drinks that you could have, and as many as you want. We personally drank at least 4 bottles of champagne at our table while we were there.

I visited Palme D’Or and wow was I impressed.
It’s a beautifully classical restaurant as to be expected from the iconic hotel. Even our appetizers came with elaborate dome plate covers.
Our server was wonderful – very helpful with the menu.
