Only problem we had was our cocktails took a while to come we would have been on number 2 or 3 about time the 1st one came, I had to send it back because it was watered down probably for sitting to long, once it came it was good
Will definitely be back
Lavender Hugo Spritz – they ran out of Lavender but they had plenty of other options to choose from so I chose guava. It was really good.
My friend ordered a dirty martini and she really enjoyed it.
We would totally come back and have a get together here or throw a birthday dinner here. The restaurant side is sooo cute and very trendy.
My recent birthday celebration at Palm Tree Club Orlando was nothing short of spectacular, and that’s almost entirely thanks to our phenomenal server, Anthony R. From the moment we sat down, Anthony was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the evening special.
First, let’s talk about the food and drinks—they were fantastic. The Fireworks Roll was an absolute must-try; perfectly prepared with a kick of flavor that lived up to its name. I paired it with one of the boozy lemonades, which was the ideal refreshing accompaniment to the meal.
However, Anthony R. truly made the experience unforgettable. He noticed it was my birthday and, without prompting, treated me to a delicious slice of cake. It was such a thoughtful and wonderful surprise! To cap off the night, I decided to pair that slice of cake with the Insomniac cocktail—that coffee-based drink was the flawless finishing touch. Anthony’s recommendation and timing were impeccable throughout the entire evening.
If you are dining at Palm Tree Club Orlando, request Anthony R. He’s a stellar server who goes above and beyond to deliver a memorable, personalized experience. We will absolutely be back!
The only downside was our server, who seemed like she was just waiting for her shift to end. Luckily, the staff bringing out the food and drinks were much more attentive and provided great customer service. Despite that, we still had a really good time and would definitely come back!
We were disappointed by the limited dining options: we were forced to choose between a stripped-down version of their regular menu or an overpriced $95 per person “special” Valentine’s menu. Neither offered the value or quality we expected from this establishment.
Beyond the menu, the service was significantly below standard. We were at our table for 1 hour and 40 minutes and only saw our waiter three times total. We received no updates on our long-delayed courses, and basic needs like water refills were completely ignored, but served by a completely different team member towards the end of our dinner.
While the Filet and Salmon tasted fine, the portions were small and the overall value/presentation simply wasn’t there. Management should be better prepared for high-traffic holidays if they intend to charge premium prices.
Any pros for the night would be the aesthetic of the restaurant itself (beautiful/tropical vibes) and of course the DJ who was downstairs while we had our dinner. The music may have been a little too loud and we felt like we had to kind of shout over the music to talk to each other. Also, lucky we had reservations since there was a bit of a line and wait to be seated otherwise.
