I recently had my mom‘s memorial service and we had Nikki cater the entire event from the food to the decor and the flower bar. Everything was so beautifully done. The timing was perfect. She spent all day prepping and setting everything up making sure that all was taken care of. It was exactly what I wanted and I know my mom would’ve loved it. Everyone raved about the food. I worked with Nicole from Palladino’s Market for my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party where we had about 200 guests. She served as both my caterer and party planner. It was like having an easy button – everything I could think of she said yes to and had suggestions to make things even better. She was very responsive throughout the planning process and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and helped me get excited for the party instead of anxious or stressed – even with any last minute requests or changes. When we arrived, the decorations were exactly what I had pictured, and the food was incredible! We had a pretzel station, dessert bar, grazing table, tail-gating favorites, and heavier food like meatballs and cheesesteaks. Everyone at the party kept talking about how delicious everything was and how much fun they were having. She went above and beyond to keep the buffets full, check on what people wanted, and had her staff check in on my husband and me as well.I am already looking forward to working with her again on our next family party and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Palladino’s market catered my daughter’s sweet 16 party. From the food being delivered and set up by Nicole to the display and thought that went into it was beyond our expectations. All night long everyone kept coming up to me asking where this delicious food is from. Every single item went fast. We can’t wait to use them again! Fabulous!

We were itching for an Italian pork sandwich based on a recommendation from Facebook South jersey food scene we gave them a shot!
It was very good! They used sliced pork instead of pulled pork (we tried another place and they used pulled pork)
The broccoli rabe was delicious! Had a spicy kick and portion was good. The sliced pork needed a bit of flavor. Too bad they didn’t have an “A Jou” to dip it in, that would have put it over the top!
The seeded roll was good, not toasted but good overall.
I would recommend you give them a try.

Inconsistent orders, order the same thing once a week and it’s always made different. Not even wasting my time going back because they can’t handle being wrong and will argue with the customer and I’m short tempered and ill end up with charges or in jail so I’ll just order from a better spot and drive the extra 15mins for good quality food that’s stays the same every order!
Remember without your customers you wouldn’t have anything- work on customer service skills and take accountability when your wrong!

I recently attending a friend’s 60th birthday that Palladino’s Market catered and where I was told that the owner, Nikki, also served as the party planner – it was an amazing experience and the food was incredible! You can tell a lot about a caterer by their produce and everything was so fresh! There wasn’t a bad piece of strawberry or a soggy cucumber in sight! The cinnamon roles, meatballs, pepperoni bread, potato salad – literally everything – was amazing, it tasted homemade in the best way and the decor was super impressive as well. She had everything sports themed like it was a tailgate party and created such a fun atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!
