5* for the service and menu options. Different things to try from savory to sweet with reasonable prices. Decent place to sit inside and small space outside. Lady at counter was very patience in explaining us on menu and getting is what we need.
Would be helpful to know price of items beforehand as we can’t ask for evry item that we want to try. Also, a normal menu to look at order instead of looking at photos and trying to understand what comes with that especially for first timers like us.

This is a great Mexican Ice Cream shop that has quite a variety and plenty to experience. They have probably more than a couple dozen varieties of ice cream and sorbets, along with fresh baked items, fruit drinks, and fruit pops that are quite the treat. I just love the foreign flavors that are either unheard of or pretty uncommon in traditional Main St ice cream shops. The Gansito is a delicious blend of sweet cream base with chocolate bits and chunks of Gansito cake blended in. It is a strawberry jelly & cream filled cake that is coated in chocolate. The pistachio is also really good, having nice chunks of nuts (unlike some recent newsworthy chain that just used “flavoring”) along with the flavor and texture of a good quality nut ice cream.
From the bakery section, there were several pastries that were tempting, but I so had to go with (what I think was) an Orejas. A supper flaky phyllo type dough in a 6-inch flat round that was baked in honey or sugar that caramelized so nicely into the dough. Little bites of pastry with a dollop of ice cream was phenomenal.
Stop in and have a treat.

I don’t know why this place isn’t more popular, there is a huge selection of icecreams (I haven’t counted but it must be over 20) and ices, plus specialty Mexican drinks (try the cucumber mixed with lime -super refreshing). Everyone is friendly. We love it there!!

This place needs to just stick with their ice cream and paletas. I had to drink my entire large cup of coffee to enjoy the one very dry piece of sweet bread that I bought here. They also need to learn to appreciate their fellow Latinos as I’m sure we’re the reason why they’re still in business. Stood at the register waiting for about 5 minutes while the guy attended hand and foot to a white family and was about to have them cut me in line until I sternly told the guy that I’ve been standing there waiting to be attended to. Will definitely not be returning here and will go somewhere more appreciative of their customers, especially the Latinos.
