TERRIBLE SERVICE. Today is FIRST time I ordered with them, I got a TORTA and they added JALAPEÑOS automatically (WHO does that!? EVERYBODY DONT LIKE spicy food!!) why do they do that without asking the customer if they would like it spicy or not. I asked if they can please remake it and that damn old lady there told me it was MY fault because I didn’t ask what was in the sandwich MY FAULT. What would it have cost her to just remake my sandwich? (She would have gained a new customer but now she will never see this customer haha) This lady showed no sympathy, no respect and showed she doesn’t know how to run a business WELL and they clearly don’t know anything about having exceptional customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

i’ve gone here twice, and both times they were extremely mean , especially the man, he’s always drunk. the second time i got chicharrones and once i was eating them at home i notice there were a few “burned” spot on some, well after taking a harder look i realized it wasn’t burned spots , it was dead cockroaches. Do NOT come here. There’s absolutely no customer service. I came specifically for the Dubai strawberries, they were disgusting and way overpriced. When I politely asked to exchange them for something else, I was told “that’s not our problem.”

If you want to spend $60+ on 4 things be my guest. They don’t use gloves when preparing your food and they absolutely do not know how to make waters, raspados everything is watered down and the lack of customer service is horrible.

We stopped for agua de frutas which I love from paleteria michoacana, with the pieces of apple and other fruit. This was not it, just pink water with a few spoons of sugar. Ordered an esquite, cup wasn’t even filled with very little chili on top. Added an ice cream cone for my brother and lady simply placed the scoop on top, and I knew one stumble and that ball would be on floor. In any case we took 3 steps out and it started dripping everywhere. I turned and asked if I could please have a small cup to place ice cream in so it wouldn’t melt in the car she said “normally we sell them”, as she handed me one. I spent $16 on a water, esquite, and one scoop of ice cream, believe me I would not have paid $1 more. Unpleasant attitudes and mediocre overpriced snacks, drive the couple miles more to the better place. Not coming back.

Got 2 milkshakes and 2 esquites. The milkshakes tasted like ice and milk, didn’t start like the ice cream used at all, the equites had a ton of mayo on top, cheese wasn’t refrigerated so it melted right in and not enough tajin. Asked for more tajin and chz, was charged 3 dollars and given even more mayo on top, it was disgusting. It was like eating just mayo and corn. I asked the man for our money back because of his nasty it was. He said he can’t do that anc we just threw it away right then and there, it was inedible. Oh and it was $33 dollars for disgusting milkshakes and esquites. Save your $

Bought some homemade potato chips and they were trash. My husband and I both thought they tasted like old potatoes. Wasted $4. They’re frozen paletas are not the greatest either. I will never come back.
