Disrespectful customer service,immature atmosphere. They’re done chicken wing dinner offer seven chicken wings. I politely ask for mostly flats if possible Lady caught her attitude and I said fine. It’s OK just send me a plate with six drums and one flat seems a little bit more than random. 100 pizza places I suggest any one of them Palace is going downhill.

Me and my husband order from here regularly and without fail they manage to mess up our order. We ask for a chop cheese with just ketchup. That’s bread meat cheese ketchup bread again. We say 3 times no lettuce no tomatoes no mayo just bread meat cheese ketchup bread. They repeat it back.What do we get? Bread meat tomatoes bread. No cheese no ketchup, tomatoes we specifically didn’t want and specifically said to not include. Now from the phone where they took the order and wrote it down to where they make it, it magically changed to something we didnt ask for… simple requests aren’t hard… it doesn’t take much thought to follow an order. (Coming from someone who worked food/customer service for 7 years.) Not hard. Just being lazy and not knowing to read/take orders. Thank you.

They charge a lot for a large sub and put almost no meat in it:( I waited to write this review thinking it was just a bad order but this is 5 times my sub has looked like this. The bread is completely touching and it has maybe 3 small spoon fills of meat smh.

The places is typically good, especially their second location on route 6.
The steak sandwich we had was good. Nothing special nothing spectacular but good.
The pizza however came out unusually fast and we were excited, only to pick up the first slice and to be a little disappointed, The cheese was perfect The sauce was good, however even though they gave prompt service the pizza we felt was a little undercooked. Would eat here again but I would ask for my pizza well done this time around But typically when we eat here we don’t have to ask for it to be well done.
In my opinion their second location is better.
$36 for a large sub and a large cheese pizza.
